Pros:

For a medium priced hotel, I expected it to feel cleaner. The sheets and toilet were stained. There was no soap at the sink.

Kamar bau...Air bekas mandi ga bs turun ke saluran air jd menggenang keseluruh lt kmr mandi.jaringan wifi lemah.kami mau cek out jam 5 pg minta breakfast tdk dilayani.dg alasan koki blm dtg..sepotong rotipun/susupun tdk diberikan.pdhal kami byr kamar incl breakfst.sarung bagul-sprei kusam...bau apek..ga lagi2 deh nginep dihtl ini

Pros:

Kita ajak berbicara tetap posisi duduk dan menjawab tidak ramah. 1 jam sebelum jam 12, kita di telp seakan" diminta segera CheckOut.
Makan pagi kita minta di bungkuskan krn kami hrs berangkat pagi ikut event Borobudur Run dan balik ke Htl terlambat dr batas mkn pagi, tidak ada alasan penggantian.
