The Restaurant is closed on Sundays from 13:00 onwards. In case of any additional guests, please notify the property prior to arrival.

We will gladly welcome additional guests for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. All requests for check-in/check-out outside scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property.

Please note that Luke’s Steaks, More Restaurant and the Hotel Bar are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Pros:

Zentral in Heinsberg gelegen mit kostenlosen Parkplätze. Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich hergerichtet. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Für unsere Ansprüche ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Frühstück und Lage waren gut.
Parkplatzsituation direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Der Lift war defekt (dafür kann das Hotel aber nicht angeprangert werden).
Das Restaurant war leider an unseren drei Tagen Aufenthalt geschlossen; auch die hauseigene Bar war nicht besetzt.

Super Preisleistung sehr schönes gemütliches Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und auch ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und vielseitig vom Kaffee über Tee bis hin zu Spiegeleiern und frischen Brötchen , alles war perfekt und lecker

Nichts. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend sowie hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Es war für eine Nacht ok.
Negatives:
- Duschgel war leider komplett leer.
- Beim Frühstück keine Eierspeisen. Erst auf Nachfrage wurden uns welchr gebracht.
Aber wenn man auf der Durchreise ist, ist es alles kein Problem.
Habe nur die negativen Punkte erwähnt, damit das Hotel dies in Zukunft besser machen kann.
Im Großen und Ganzen:
- Gut. Würden das Hotel trotzdem weiter empfehlen
