Great location, disgusting hotel
Pros:

The location was great, close to dining, shopping, and campus.

Cons:

The night we arrived and walked in our room, it smelled like urine. I should have requested a room change then. Next morning. Went to shower and there is only two options, SCALDING HOT and great pressure, or tolerable and no water pressure. Then I discovered the source of the odor. The bathroom door is a darn door style. The track, the edge of the door, the sprinkler about of the door, all covered in mold. No matter how low I got the air, the room was humid and the bed felt damp. Should have left, but it was a short trip so vowed to never stay there again. The hotel as a whole just appeared dirty because of maintenance repairs that were done half way. Paint slung on the floors and carpet, never cleaned up. Wires hanging down because they were properly tacked to the ceiling.

The rooms were the same comfortable

Cons:

The decor was completely changed from Aggieland Boutique
It was not vibrant and No aggie colors
Breakfast was limited to two people in a room when 4 guests stayed in room and it was very much different and not worth the "full hot breakfast " advertisement
(No waffles, not as many hot choices as previous)
The halls were hot

I din't enjoy to stay in a place in which is lot of noise in the morning from cleanning personnel
Pros:

location was great reception smell clean

Cons:

There was a cockroach in the bathroom alive big one, the blinds didnt work properly, the cleanning personnel was yelling wach other in the hall and we listen all in an hotel we wanted to rest most of the morning

Not staying here ever again
Pros:

Breakfast was the only good thing about the stay. I have stayed here twice, and each time was horrible. Will not stay here again. No water pressure and the A/C didn't work in the room and that is EACH TIME!

Cons:

A/C working and some water pressure where you could actually shower
