First family vacation of the year, will definitely be back!
Pros:

It was right near the boardwalk. Easy to get to, near little shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Pool was small and only 5 ft deep

This is a great motel for the money!
Pros:

We liked the extra amenities like the continental breakfast, happy hour, and the YUMMY cookies served each evening. Also, you can't beat the location unless you are paying much, much more to be right on the boardwalk.
The staff were all very friendly, and we really liked Fiona, the night gal, who was extremely accommodating, and helpful, always with a big smile.

Highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

Cleanliness. Friendly staff.
Breakfast was great.
Front desk was very accommodating with checking in and out.
Would definitely stay there again and would recommend hotel to family and friends.

INCREDIBLE
Pros:

The staff there were incredible. I apologize I don’t remember their names, but when we arrived, a bubbly curly haired young lady welcomed us. She was so friendly and shared about all of the amenities (my mouth dropped after she listed three, she kept sharing more and more complimentary things). Then we met an older gentleman the next day and he shared how he had been there just a couple months but loves how everyone leaves so happy. From the balcony, I could see the beach, and it was perfect being close to the shops so my aunt didn’t have to walk to far. I immediately booked to become a rewards member!! I use to stay at Henlopen hotel…..not kidding….Beach View is 1000 times better. Sad it took so long to find this place, but will never go anywhere else again!!!!
