Don’t go here. It’s a dump
.
The bed was clean and comfortable That's the only positive .
Everything else was worn out- like used garage sale furniture , the door was missing paint. The lock didn't work. It STANK of cigarette and pot smoke. The phone didn't work and was labeled with wrong room.
The neighborhood outside was not safe past dark.
I was told the entire hotel has only two (2) accessible rooms (I am mobility impaired). One was reportedly booked for the entire month, and the other eas allegedly occupied for two of the five days I planned to stay. I plan to file a detailed report with Baltimore’s civil rights division when I get home, and withe regional marketing manager. It is obvious that facility was once attractive and has fallen on hard times. I did appreciate easy access to waffles, cereals, cold milk, fresh fruit, tea and coffee. Staff were courteous, several time there no one at the desk. There was a horrendous shouting match among two, (maybe three) men) and a woman that went on way too long). I didn’t dare poke my head out of my 4th-floor door. I had to lose my temper to get a chair for the tub, as my balance is not reliable enough to stand without grab bars. I am 84 years old. I don’t lose my temper often. I am only 5’, and the mattress was too high for me to lie down; I had to scoot across on my butt the swing my legs up to get onto the bed. My $538 rate was at least affordable, but I would have paid $100 more for grab bars, a walk-in shower and a stepstool! There are enough rooms to set aside one accessible room on every floor. I would appreciate a reply. Thank you
U have to asked for room service , towel was old, lamp was dirty , pillow were small, showed wasn’t that clean , small trash cans , chair was old , burn mark in the table , remote didn’t have a cover , not enough channels on tv. Breakfast was not so good. Mainly waffle . Stairs way is filthy
My room didn’t have a remote control and my shower had no hot water.
The worst thing ever while getting dressed to check out a ROACH crawled from my clothing. I cannot get over that because I'm definitely afraid of them. This hotel was not what we expected.
Also the bathroom sink would not properly drain.
I wish I would have done more research on this place. My parents stayed here too and found a roach.
The room was terrible. Desk was broken chair was ripped up, there was three tiny pillows and the room stink! I felt unsafe the neighborhood was terrible i stayed for less then an hour and told them i didnt like my room and they told me to contact expedida. I do not recommend!
I honestly should have took pictures. The shower door was broke. The dresser was broke. They gave me rags and towels that had hair on it from somebody else. they have very limited breakfast options on top of that they gave us frozen sausage and eggs.
Not located in the best area no parking in front of hotel to off load bags. bed pillows where chair pillows not good for sleeping. Lots of outside noise
The lady at the front desk was amazing. She was nice from checking in to check out. Now, the room was another story. Since we walked in the hotel building, it was disgusting. There was cigarette ashes on the counter where we checked in the floor was disgusting. We got into the elevator, got off on our floor on the fifth floor, the floor was gross. I felt like if I had white socks on you with my socks would be black. It smelled stuffy in the hallways, and there was marks all on the doors in the walls. Now, going into our room the door was extremely heavy to open up. As we walked in it smelt like a dead body was in this room. Floor was disgusting. Bathroom was nasty. Wouldn’t dare use the towels that were there. It just look like it was never cleaned. there was stains on the doors, stains, white stains, or white, milky substance on the counter by the phone and also by the ice bucket in the lamp. Floor was disgusting again, walked around in my shoes the entire time. Went to turn on the air conditioning, and there was hair and leaves inside the top of the vent. The AC did pump out good air, but it was disgusting. We slept on the top of our beds with a blanket of our own on top underneath of us because there were stains on the bed. I found a long piece of blonde hair several times in the room mind you me and my daughter have dark black hair. I would never stay here ever again. I will be letting everyone know. Do not stay here. There is no absolute help for this hotel, but to burn
There was a used condom on the bed!
Bathroom was nice, but room was horrible. Very loud.
Will never stay there again.
The room was so small and didn’t look like the pictures. It smelled like smoke but was listed as a non smoking location.
It was horrible place was a dump it needs to be condemned
It doesnt look like the picture. Opposite of hotel is graffiti. Parking is in a public garage that when we drove in we were the only one parked there. Outside of hotel are many individuals who "hang out" at each corner smoking, singing/yelling and dancing up and down side walk. To enter hotel, good luck if you have the worker buzz you in. My heart was beating so fast and my anxiety won me over. I felt unsafe and booked another hotel.
It was terrible. Not maintained. Unsafe area. Smelled like cigarettes and weed.
Room was in terrible
The property wasn't maintained well. It's very dirty along the hallways, dining area a lot of flies. There's no parking. There's a public parking which you have to pay.The surrounding areas is not safe. We made sure we're back in the hotel before it gets dark.
It was in a sketchy neighborhood.
Parking garage not convenient.
My stay was good was there with a co worker and we had a good time. Although there is a lot of homeless people allow in there knowing people are coming out of town makes the reviews bad my stay was comfortable the bathroom was remodel and clean I would recommend new toilet seats be renewed and new beds and blankets they do have stains on them this hotel has so much potential if it makes the necessary upgrades
