Mooi verzorgd hotel
Pros:

Mooi nieuw hotel met super vriendelijk personeel. We hadden een fijne kamer met een hoog plafond tot in de nok. De tuin is prachtig aangelegd met daarbij een mooi zwembad. In het restaurant kan je goed eten.

We hadden een leuke rondleiding met tuktuk met gids Jaya via het hotel. We hebben de zonsondergang gezien op de berg bij Mihintale met nog wat leuke stops onderweg en hebben de volgende ochtend een rondleiding van hem gekregen met uitleg over het Boeddhisme door de oude stad van Anuradhapura.

Het hotel is rustig gelegen buiten de drukte van de stad.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Anuradhapura
Pros:

Wunderbares ruhiges kleines Hotel, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und Abendessen, das Reis und Curry ist absolut zu empfehlen, es gab sogar einen guten (einigermaßen bezahlbaren) Wein, toller Pool, sehr schönes Zimmer mit riesigem Bad, Personal sehr freundlich

Sehr kleiner Schrank in einem riesigen Zimmer, die letzten 400 Meter der Zufahrt sind wirklich in einem sehr schlechten Zustand

Pros:

The hotel is very nice with a pool, restaurant and the rooms are so spacious. We stayed in Sri Lanka for 3 weeks and this hotel was in our top 3. Especially the chicken biryani will stay with us. Yes it is a bit remote but with a tuktuk its all good.

Cons:

Our main bed was not really comfortabele as we could feel the springs. Maybe it needs a bit of an upgrade.

Schönes Hotel mit Schwächen im Service.

Cons:

Am letzten Morgen war ein Lunchpaket statt Frühstück zugesagt, da wir schon sehr früh zur Safari aufgebrochen sind. Aber da war nichts und niemand vom Personal. Auf Anruf hieß es dann, wir hätten das nicht gesehen, es wäre alles fertig gewesen. Stimmte nicht und wurde später auch zugegeben mit einer Entschuldigung. Erstattung wurde zugesagt, aber nur unvollständig vorgenommen. Das hat den ansonsten guten Eindruck leider getrübt für unsere 6-köpfige Reisegruppe.
