POSITIVES: Again, a commendation for Terry, who proactively upgraded the room I was allocated and also provided an 11am check-out (always very much appreciated). The room was very spacious and favourably appointed. Crispy clean sheets. Clean fridge & kitchenette, fairly good shower / water pressure. Block-out curtains in main living room area as well as a blind in the bedroom. Also, Lisa's understanding, respectful & congenial disposition when Hammad hadn't transferred over the 11:00am check-out to the additional night's booking I made online.
NEGATIVES: Once again, altho’ I specifically requested the room & bathroom be vacuumed, cleaned, attended to, once again, this seemed to have been overlooked. There was also a big crack on the coffee table which I called front desk & told Terry about. Terry confirmed that they knew about this. However, later I also found, what looked like a rolled up sock under the sofa and egg yolk spatter on the floor & on the wall. Again, the dirty tiles couldn’t be ignored. As previously mentioned in another review, indicatively these tiles haven’t been scrubbed or mopped in a very, very long time. So the tiles on high traffic areas are much darker than the tiles on low traffic areas.
About 10 mins after I had arrived to the room, I heard a loud knock on the door & someone yelled: “Do you need any provisions?” I called back: “No thank you”. I’d placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door which that person obviously ignored. A little while later, as my plans had changed, I had to book an additional night so I called front desk to let them know that I had done this online. Hammad answered & I asked him whether I could stay in the same room I was in the following night. Hammad told me that he’d have to check & placed me on hold. He came back a few mins later confirming it would be fine for me to stay in that room. I thanked him & we said our goodbyes. Exhausted, I was finally in the process of preparing to sleep when the phone rang (very loud ring tone too) it was Hammad. He said: “Just letting you know that everything is ok with the room, you can stay in the same room tomorrow.” Very puzzled, I told Hammad that he'd already confirmed this when I called him earlier to tell him know that I had booked another night’s stay online. He told me again that he wanted to let me know that I could stay in the room. So again, I had to repeat what I had said earlier regarding his confirmation...We again said our goodbyes.
the location was great for travel to the city for conference, and parking was free and had cameras for security not easy to find with a hotel in sydney. The suburb is very safe and seems more business parks than residential but loads of transport options within walking distance. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for a few days
They could offer breakfast would be a plus as there are not many food options within walking distance. There is only one chair in the room and the table does not move from the side board not great to eat a meal together.

The washroom didnt have an enclosure for a shower but an open place which would make all the place really wet and uncomfortable.
