Not that I’m like of the property
Housekeeping is not done at all. Was a rotten baked food on the oven, toilets are not clean, there was a Condom on the bed sheet which shows me it’s not cleaned at all as they must be just making it up without changing them.
Good stay and convenient for work in Macquarie. Proximity to metro and other service including shopping mall and restaur
It had all I needed. It was clean, had a small kitchen and access to a gym as well as close to the Metro.
Room was very big, having a balcony was great, bed was comfortable and despite being on a busy road I found it pretty quiet.
Hotel is overwhelmingly fragranced from the lobby through to the cleaning products which set off my allergies. I was very happy to check out and won't visit again.
Convenient for access to MUH
That door cards did not work and had to be reissued.
The toilet was much too low. They gave us two single beds but the door didn't open because of the bed nearest the door. I had to place it at a 45 degree angle to open and close the door. We drink real coffee but there was no plunger coffee maker. There was no salt and pepper just sugar and artificial sweeteners. When I asked why the toilet was so low and we had difficulties getting down and up, I was advised to use the toilets in the foyer. At 80 and 81 getting up and going down from level 4 during the night was absurd. They offered an upgrade the following day. However the reason we were in Sydney was for my wife's 80 birthday lunch etc. we left approx 12pm and spent the rest of the day with our family and friends. When we returned we could not get back into the room. The front desk had given us an upgrade and our passkey no longer worked. They did not advise us but we only found out when we were locked out of the room. Because we were exhausted from our day I requested entry back into our room so that my wife could lay down and relax. Altogether a very unhappy experience. The staff tried their best but a dreadful dreadful stay. I will never stay at a Quest hotel again. We were hoping to book another 2 nights in June. But the experience has left my wife traumatized, so we will not be attending a very crucial family event. Regards Edwin
