Pros:

Fairly basic accommodation was more than compensated for by most helpful Staff who went out of their way, late at night and early morning, to provide information and directions.

한옥 건물이라 방음이 살짝 아쉬웠지만 서로 조심해주는 분위기였고 운치있는 겨울을 느끼기 정말 좋았습니자.

Pros:

서울 시내에서 한옥 독채를 사용하는 것치고 합리적인 가격이었습니다.
침대가 나무로 되어있어서 다소 딱딱하지만 전반적으로 독립된 공간에서 편안하게 쉬다왔습니다. 집안 풍경도 아름답습니다.

한옥의 운치와 현대적인 편리함이 잘 조화를 이룬 멋진 방입니다. 청결하고 직원분들도 친절함. 다만, 옆방과 방음이 거의 안 됨. 옆방에 시끄러운 손님이 들어 웃고 떠드는 소리에 밤새 잠을 못 잘 정도. 옆방에 어떤 손님이 드느냐가 관건입니다. 조용히 쉬려는 사람들은 참고하세요.

시설은 좋았지만 서비스는 불만족.
Pros:

우선 시설은 한옥 자체가 너무 예쁘고 역이랑도 가까워서 너무 좋았습니다. 보일러도 잘 작동해서 방도 너무 따뜻했습니다. 다만 직원이 상주하고 있지 않아서 어떤 문제가 생겨도 하나도 해결할 수가 없었어요. 여자 화장실 세면대에서는 뜨거운 물이 하나도 나오지 않았고, 강아지가 새벽까지 짖는 바람에 잠도 제대로 못잤습니다. 제가 6-7시쯤 체크인을 했는데 다음 날 11시에 체크아웃을 할 때 까지도 강아지가 자기 몸 크기 밖에 안되는 케이지에 갇혀있었습니다. 케이지 안에는 얼마나 오래 갇혀있었는지 배변 냄새가 진동을 했고, 케이지 안에는 물이나 음식 등 아무것도 보이지 않았습니다. 새벽까지 나오고 싶어서 강아지가 계속 짖고 낑낑대는데 주인분?인지 직원분 께서는 집을 발로 차면 조용해진다는 말밖에 안하셨습니다. 얼마나 스트레스를 받았는지 계속 한자리에서 빙빙 돌고있던데 동물학대라는 생각이 드네요. 강아지에 대한 점은 꼭 개선되었으면 좋겠습니다.
