Pros:

It's located in a pretty safe area of Palembang, close to many things one might one to visit. There's a souvenir shop downstairs and McDonald's as well.

My main problem was room service. Staff doesn't speak English, so whenever you pay for something, you'll never get to see your change back because I think they assume it's a tip, so they always just keep the change... It was pretty strange.

Hotel room is rather small. The breakfast can n shld improve. Uber taxi was excellent n cheap. Shopping was excellent but sight seeing was a bore.

Untuk ke 2 Kalinya (di Bogor & Palembang) sy booking kamar via Hotel.com kecewa.
Selain sy diberikan kamar yg paling kecil, harga promo yg Saat itu dijalankan jg lbh murah drpd yg sy bayar via Hotel.com.
