Hotel Norbuling

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's very closer to the city center. So location was very convenient for shopping and roaming. Friendly staffs. Just a note, you have to book for an appointment before taking the Spa.

The service given by staff was excellent.
The "Delux" room we were in the first night was old, very small and inadequate in all respects. We were upgraded to a better, bigger room for the last 2 nights and that was okay.

From the second I entered to the time I left, everything was just amazing. Incredible value for money. I was welcomed with a nice coffee and cookies with a tabletop book on Bhutan while I waited a minute to have me ID verified. I requested a room with a view and they upgraded me for free! The room was excellent. Great worked great. Location was awesome and the I could see archery tournaments, football games and a volleyball match all right from the large sprawling windows in my room. Highly recommended.

The Hotel is on the Main Road opp Archery Ground. For us it was conveniently located as the business places we had to visit were actually walking distance from the Hotel.

The Rooms are spacious and clean. They Breakfast Spread is also very good in the hotel. The Only catch is that the Room Service Stops after 10.00 pm, but I think that is the case in entire Thimpu, due to the weather condition. They Offer Free Wi-Fi.

It is good hotel to stay in if you are on Business with Local Shops nearby which can be helpful for any routine requirements of the guests.

Staffs are too good. Hotel is very clean and the owner of the hotel is very cooperative. Food is very good and breakfast is superb. Overall pleasant stay......

Considering that Bhutan hotels are expensive, this is acceptable. Room was big but the furniture was below average. The toilet was below average. The breakfast was good and the lobby facilities nice. Friendly and helpful staff

their restaurant is not very impressive and it was bit costly also.
probably their chef was not present during our stay.

The hotel is well located with big, cozy rooms. Enjoyed the stay completely thanks to the great service. Will come back again.

Room was very spacious and cozy. Property is a big run down especially the reception area and the exterior. Prime location, however dogs keep barking throughout the night and will wake you up. Best part was the breakfast which was included with the room tariff (unlike most hotels in Bhutan) and the spread was great, in fact the best in whole of Bhutan

I stayed here for 2 nights in December. The staff were very welcoming. The room was nice and clean. Complementary breakfast was excellent, there was a nice spread. Its centrally located and walking distance to other restaurants in Thimphu town.

Simply made my honeymoon a pleasant one stayed at this hotel for 2 days . Smooth check in , warm welcome including hot towel and tea/coffee , rooms were comfy , good Wi-Fi , my room had a nice view , well spread breakfast on top of all always smiling and humble nature of staffs .

We requested for room decorations with flowers but thimpu city doesn't get supply of flowers at this time of year as told by staffs still they did some arrangements . Towels we're not changed otherwise a very pleasant stay .

Only confusion was the bill for the extra night--paid more than the bill reflected. Not noticed until after departing.

Had a good stay. Food was good. Location was convenient. Staff was very helpful n cheerful. Got a room upgrade with a nice view. Rooms were clean n spacious. They could arrange for taxis and the required permits.

It was good to stay in a well maintained Hotel. It is centrally located and well connected.

Had an awesome experience staying in Hotel Norbuling. Courteous staff, Nice Ambience , Proximity to market and bus stand. View of Mountains from room was amazing. Thimpu river just a walking distance!! In all an excellent property!!

Small, cosy hotel, adequately big rooms, ever smiling and helpful staff, decent restaurant. Good location though no parking of own so one has to park on road side parking and pay. The hotel eventually paid for parking as promised by Expedia in the booking offers.
