Beautiful apartment however feels dusty and hot inside
Pros:

The apartment is new, very well equipped. Should feel very comfortable.

Cons:

2 issues: 1. Although very new and looks very comfortable, it felt dusty the whole time we were there. 2. The apartment doesn’t have AC. We couldn’t sleep well as it gets hot. You can’t open a window due to the traffic noise outside.

Pros:

Zweckmäßiges Zimmer. Balkon zum draussen sitzen. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Sehr schönes Badezimmer und WC!
Tiefgarage sehr zum empfehlen.

Cons:

Im Sommer sicher heiß im Zimmer, keine Klima vorhanden.

Tolle Lage, super interessante Stadt , super schönes Wetter
Pros:

Wir hatten e bikes dabei , diese standen super sicher in der Tiefgarage .
Alles super sauber. Sehr freundlicher Empfang.
Tolles Restaurant im Haus:Rooftop Restaurant mit tollem Ausblick auf den Zwinger.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts negatives

Eine gute Wahl für Leute, die ins Dresdner Altstadtleben eintauchen wollen, aber gerne auch mal einen Vino auf einer pri

Super Lage, schöne Ausstattung und tolle Aussicht auf die Yenidze und den Zwingerteich. Gelegen an einen wunderschönen Park.

Cons:

Personen mit leichtem Schlaf sollten beachten, dass das Apartment direkt an einer Straße mit Straßenbahn und nächtlichem Durchgang liegt. Außerdem hat das Apartment keine Klimaanlage. Wer kein Problem damit hat, nachts die Fenster offen zu lassen, wird damit aber weniger Probleme haben. Uns haben ein paar Kleinigkeiten gefehlt, wie zB Auflagen für die Balkonmöbel, Küchenrolle, ausreichend Klopapier für unseren Aufenthalt mit 6 Personen und Feinheiten wie Bretter in der Küche zum Schnippeln.

Tolle Wohnung für einen kürzeren oder auch längeren Aufenthalt in Dresden.
Pros:

sehr zentrale Lage, top ausgestattet mit großem Bad, eigenem WC, tolle Wohnküche mit Balkon, schöner Schlafraum, Vorraum, sehr schön eingerichtet, wirkt alles noch sehr neu und nicht abgewohnt. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

In der Nacht bei offenem Fenster Strassenlärm, und ab frühem Morgen auch durch die direkt vor dem Haus fahrende Strassenbahn. Bei geschlossenem Fenster alles kein Problem.

Das Apartment ist wunderschön und ich würde es immer wieder buchen.

Cons:

Es ist bei offenen Fenstern etwas laut.
Leider ist keine Dusche vorhanden, aber dafür eine komfortable Badewanne.

Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, toller Ausblick auf den Zwinger.
Riesige Ferienwohnung mit Gäste- WC, voll ausgestattete Küche, viele Ablageflächen, auch im Bad, viel Schrankplatz im Flur und Schlafzimmer. Highlight: Ein Weinkühlschrank in der Küche und der Whirlpool im wirklich großzügigen Bad.

Cons:

Da gab es gar nichts.
