Pros:

We like very much the accomodation, especially flats with two bathrooms. Our first choice in Dresden. Has everything plus very nice view to the beautiful park and huge platan tree.

Cons:

Food in the restaurant has to be much better

Pros:

Very well appointed & big apartment..it has everything needed for a comfortable stay..well equipped kitchenette. Staff were responsive. Right opposite Zwinger Palace.

Cons:

Just be prepared that the tram back to the Hbf may not run or be on time. Leave enough time to walk to alternative stops.

Pros:

Herrliche Aussicht auf den Zwinger. Große Dachterrasse an unserem Zimmer mit Gartenmöbeln.

Cons:

Fehlender Toaster und normale Kaffeemaschine, alles nur Kleinigkeiten!

Sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende in Dresden
Pros:

Eine sehr tolle Unterkunft in bester Lage und toller Ausstattung. 2 Bäder (eins mit Badewanne) und ein Schrankbett machten unseren Aufenthalt perfekt.

Kurztrip mit Familie
Pros:

Lage perfekt gegenüber vom Zwinger, zentraler geht kaum.
Die Wohnung ist modern, hat alles was man benötigt, sogar einen Weinkühlschrank.
Rezeption sehr freundlich und gibt viele Tipps.
Perfekt für einen Kurztrip in Dresden.
Preis/Leistung top!

Ganz nah am Zwinger und der Semperoper!
Pros:

Die Residenz am Zwinger liegt direkt gegenüber dem Zwinger. Auch viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß sehr schön zu erreichen. Wir hatten die Wohnung 401 im 4. Stock mit Blick in den Herzogin Garten. Es war sehr ruhig - Tag und Nacht - liegt sicher auch an der Jahreszeit. Das Parken um € 18.- pro Tag war auch sehr bequem und preislich in Ordnung. Man kann auch an der Ostra Allee vorm Haus parken, muss sich aber regelmäßig um den Parkschein kümmern und kostet auch € 12,- pro Tag (auch Sa und So). Zum Frühstücken gibt es in der Nähe mehrere gute Bäckereien und Lokale. Würden die Residenz wieder wählen und können sie mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten hier eine wunderbare Zeit und können die Residenz nur weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Tolle große Wohnung mit eigenem kleinen Garten.
Gemütliches großes Bett. Die Sauna und die Whirlpool Badewanne waren das Highlight und wurden jeden Tag genossen. Wir hatten die Seite zum Hof und es war sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Es gab kein Salz oder Öl zum kochen. Wir konnten leider am Morgen Geräusche wahrnehmen, wahrscheinlich vom Supermarkt.
Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer war sehr langsam und man konnte nur wenige Programme gucken.

Pros:

Tolle Größe, fantastische Ausstattung (es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, sogar Bademäntel für die Sauna und Waschmaschinenpods) und perfekte Lage. Parkplatz vorhanden (kostenpflichtig, aber Preis völlig ok). Wir kommen wieder!!!
