Super - sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Es war die schönste und komfortabelste Ferienwohnung, die ich in meinen >60Jahren je gemietet habe. Die großzügig geschnittene Wohnung war modern, aber gemütlich möbliert mit sehr vielen Schränken und Bügeln, so dass man auch zu 6Personen seine Sachen gut hätte verstauen können. Als Überraschung war im Hauptbad nicht nur ein Whirlpool, sondern auch eine Sauna, die wir allerdings in Anbetracht des warmen Wetters nicht genutzt haben.
Der Service von der Rezeption ist 1a: Infos vor Anreise, Bereitstellung Parkplatz, Stromausfall in beiden Bädern, weil Sicherung rausgesprungen war, wurde ad hoc gelöst.
Und die Krönung:
Ein vergessenes Souvenir wird mir (natürlich gegen Portoerstattung) nach Hause nachgesandt.

Cons:

Der Kaffee aus der Kapselmaschine war geschmacklich sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig-eine normale Filterkaffeemaschine wäre besser gewesen-haben wir bisher in anderen Wohnungen immer gehabt. Zum Glück hatten wir das vor der Anreise mit der Residenz geklärt und mehrere Kapselsorten dabei.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war modern und Sauber. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral mitten in der Stadt, Supermarkt und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ganz in der nähe. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder

Super mieszkanie! Przestronne, bardzo dobrze wyposażone, niesamowicie czyste i jeszcze jaka lokalizacja! Super widok z balkonu. Zupełnie nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

Appartement mit Zwingerblick nahe Postplatz
Pros:

Neues sehr gut ausgestattetes, geräumiges Appartement mit Blick ins Grüne und auf den Zwinger. Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar, ansonsten gute Straßenbahnanbindung direkt vor der Tür oder am Postplatz.

Cons:

Es gab leider nur eine Badewanne mit Sprudelbad, aber leider keine Duschecke. Die Waschmaschine war völlig verschimmelt und nicht zu benutzen. Das hat den insgesamt sehr guten Eindruck leider verschlechtert.

Top Ferienwohnung. Bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Sehr gute Alternative zum Hotel
Pros:

Das ist das allererste mal dass ich eine 10 vergebe. Ich bin im Aussendienst und Übernachte verhältnismässig oft.
Aus der Not heraus habe ich diese Unterkunft gebucht weil ich kein Hotelzimmer bekommen hatte.
( Helene Fischer war in Dresden) Die Ferienwohnung entpuppte sich als absoluter Glücksfall.
Das Mobiliar sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll, das Bett in guter Qualität, Whirlpool, 2 Badezimmer.
Der absolute Preisleistungshammer. Wenn ich nochmal in Dresden bin, werde ich ganz sicher wieder buchen.
