Pros:

All of it ! From hotel facilities to their hospitality ..
Really convenient since the hotel was located at the middle of the town .

Best place to stay in Taiping
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The location, the food, the staff and everything was just perfect. it exceeded my expectations.

Very nice n affordable
Pros:

The place is within a shopping complex n the botanical garden is around 500m from hotel

Cons:

The staffs didn't acknowledge me when Im checking out....although I always buy them food n fruits everyday...a bit sad

The Novotel experience to last a lifetime
Pros:

Amazing breakfast spread, lovely views from my room, the king sized bed, swanky bathroom, direct access to the mall, free parking, AND extremely helpful staff who helped me get my car out when I couldn’t figure out how to go about it, thanks. 🙏

This was my 1st time staying in Novotel so I will definitely b coming back.
Pros:

Our room was located on the far end of the corridor no. 1140. Overall the room was good with a good firm bed and clean linens. The breakfast was also very good and the coffee machine made very good coffee too. They made an effort of changing the menu for breakfast everyday, except for some staple ones which was the same throughout our 4 days 3 nights stay. Easy access to the shopping mall and the private area for hotel guests parking was also good.

Cons:

The room was overlooking the city but I would have preferred the Lake Garden view actually. Asked if I could move to another room with the Lake Garden view but the front desk told me that I'll b charged for each night of my stay. Because of that, I didn't bother changing & didn't want to pay for it as well.

Would like to suggest the following though :
(1) a possibility to manually move the louvre of the aircon vent coz the air was blowing directly at our faces when sleeping so I had to cover my face with the bedsheet throughout the night
(2) also the bathroom shower tiles should be the non slip kind to prevent any falls

Overall the stays are great
Pros:

I like the Taiping and lake garden view from the room.

Cons:

The Cleaning team did not clean the room most of the time throughout the stay and water leakage from the toilet basin.
