Enjoyed my stay due to location of hotel

Cons:

Bathroom stinks so complain to reception. It was cleaned only the following day.

The best hotel in Taiping
Pros:

1. Strategic location. Near to mall and Taiping food court. Not far from Taiping Lake Garden.
2. Delicious breakfast especially their mashed potatoes.
3. Magnificent view of Taiping and Maxwell hill.
4. Their staff really helpful and friendly.
5. Plenty of parking lot.

Cons:

1. No shower gel upon arrival.
2. Some of their food like turkey ham too salty
3. If they can upgrade their swimming pool by adding slides etc it would be great.
4. Need to improve their kids club.

Pengalaman menginap yg sgt menyenangkan. Bilik selesa,bersih & suasana hotel sgt cantik. Paling saya suka,layanan staff yg mesra dan sgt membantu.Secara keseluruhan,semuanya memuaskan dan perjalanan kami jadi lebih bermakna.Terima kasih atas layanan yang baik. Cons:

Customer service can be improved as I double confirmed if one of the room already setup with extra bed as requested in advance. However, it ends up with no extra bed and I have to relog the request again.

Loved the location and hiw clean and comfortable the hotel is. It is also very eco friendly.

Cons:

The staff are nice but they are not very professional they need more training.For example on the last day of our stay checkout was at 1230 but at 1030 this hpusekeeping guy opened the door to our room. There was no knock on the door nothing. When he saw me he said he thought we were checking out. Though he apologised i found this odd.

I ordered and paid for a cup of milo but it took ages to come.

Hotel room is clean

Cons:

Qeueu up for check in at 3.00pm,received 1st room key at 4.40pm,received 2nd room key at 5.40pm.Wasted our time and spoiled our holiday mood.
