Pros:

Good location, nice view, spacious room and big window.

Cons:

The room service food wasnt very good, so its better to have meals outside the hotel since there are so many great food options nearby in taiping.

We really enjoy our stay.

The location is great, closer to Lake gardens. Breakfast is good.

Great stay at Novotel.
Pros:

The location is near to hawker food, restaurants and cafes. The Taiping Mall is just next door. We like that it is very near to Taiping Lake Park.

The staff who checked us in Warshini(?) was friendly and warm. She always greets us everytime she saw us when on duty.
