Hotel bem localizado
Pros:

O estacionamento é terceirizado (pago) e conta com manobrista. O hotel oferece rápido acesso ao centro de Floripa pela Via Expressa. E dá pra ir ao shopping à pé.

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções.

No café da manhã, os pratinhos estavam molhados, dando a impressão de que foram secados, tinha um, inclusive, que estava com um bichinho, bem a amostra.

Nao recomendo para ninguém
Cons:

Desde o início tive uma experiência ruim, mais de meia hora para passar pela recepção por que só tinha uma pessoa para atender tanto a entrada do hotel quanto a parte do restaurante e em outras ocasiões a recepcionista se escondeu atrás do corredor sendo que ainda dava para ver e não importava quantas vezes eu chamava ela não respondia. Além disso, quando pedi comida do restaurante a comida era intragável, arroz duro, o“estrogonofe” era ketchup misturado com maionese e uns pedaços de carne. A limpeza do hotel era de péssima qualidade, tínhamos que andar calçados no quarto se não o pé ficava preto e todo dia diziam que era feita a limpeza, não recomendo pra ninguém
