Constrangimento e discriminação

Aparentemente, um bom hotel, com instalações modernas e bem localizado, porém, fui bloqueado no check-in, por apresentar somente o documento digital.

Não gostei do atendimento na recepção, que não me deu a oportunidade de ter a experiência de conhecer o hotel, por ter apresentado somente o documento digital. Pedi por um gerente, mas a atendente disse que estavam todos em férias e foi decisiva ao não aceitar a minha reserva, mesmo apresentando outros documentos com fotos, os quais uso em qualquer outro hotel na grande Florianópolis ou em outros, por onde passo com a minha filha.

Bom custo-benefício perto do shopping
Pros:

Camas muito confortáveis, e chuveiro bom e quente. O café da manhã bem completo, porém quando chegamos era perto do horário de fim, então alguns ítens estavam acabando, mas logo foram repostos. Boa experiência. O estacionamento pago é chato, pois pelo menos traz segurança que o carro está bem cuidado e estacionado dentro do hotel.

Cons:

Ter que pagar estacionamento. De qualquer forma, precisei acessar o veículo para buscar itens, e fui bem atendida e vi que o veículo estava em local coberto e seguro.
