Boa localização, quarto confortável. Deixaram eu carregar meu carro sem custo, achei bacana a atitude.

Cons:

Fomos durante a meia maratona de Floripa, então a ocupação do hotel estava alta, com isso o salão de café da manhã acabou não comportando, tivemos que aguardar para sentar. Teve um pouco de demora na reposição das comidas, acredito que pelo alto fluxo.

Cons:

Tivemos que trocar de quarto por um ruído constante de vazão de água. E o secador de cabelo travou . Mas fomos prontamente atendidos pelos funcionários

Pros:

É o antigo Ibis. Manteve padrão semelhante, inclusive nas instalações, porém, o que de fato surpreendeu foi o café da manhã: fantástico, completo, gostoso e cheio de opções. Que mantenha essa qualidade. também foram muito atenciosos quanto ao nosso horário de checkin (01:00h) avisamos com antecedência e não tivemos qualquer dificuldade. Muito bom.

Hotel não vale o preço que cobra.
Pros:

Localização, o café da manha, o restaurante do hotel, bem bons, dentro do que eles disponibilizavam.
A equipe todos bem educados e solicitos.

Cons:

O quarto era muito pequeno, a cama era muito ruim, desconfortável, e a tv pegava apenas uns 4 canais e não era smart tv...
Os manobristas, um tanto mal educados, estavam ali por obrigação, mesmo eu pegando 2 diárias, não me deixou sair com o carro e fez eu descer e pagar as 2 diárias antecipados...
Hotel não vale o preço que cobra.
