Didn’t expect them at all

The hotel was able to book a meeting room at short notice for an all day meeting. The staff that helped me on that was excellent. Having a pool, sauna and gym make it an excellent value for cost. And view from rooftop restaurant is stunning
We booked this as a last minute family staycation and were really pleased with our choice. The pool was the highlight for our son he absolutely loved it. Having a restaurant and sauna on site was a great bonus and made the stay even more relaxing. The location was excellent, and we enjoyed walking to Canary Wharf, which made for a lovely family day out. We would happily stay here again.
The Aircon was not as cold. And we stayed here during the heatwave weekend at 34 degrees. It would been reallt perfect if the a/c was working well.
The staff was super cool. Very nice very helpful.
AC wasn’t working. Sauna wasn’t hot
Gym was terrible. The heaviest weight was 10kg. 4 treadmills. One bench and some punching bag
The room was very comfortable with amazing views of The City of London! WoW!! The location is excellent although the parking we chose was a little bit tricky to reach. The view from the rooftop bar was stunning and is our top reason for choosing the Novotel.
The bar prices are premium at the rooftop bar but the views made up for that.
