El personal del hotel según el horario, algunos muy amables otro no tanto. Dijimos q el vamos tenía hormigas y no hicieron nada para combatir. Cada vez había más.

Falta de comunicação entre o quarto e a recepção, telefone não funcionava, cheguei na quinta feira e fiz a reclamação;
