Pros:

It was clean the staff was down to earth the location was perfect we had Ocean View. Lots of night life right across the street. Dancing and Karaoke.

Cons:

The stairs it’s the only way to get up to the second floor. There isn’t an elevator and the stairs are very steep. No handicap anything at this hotel.

It was clean

Cons:

The staff member was unpleasant and unprofessional. We communicated our dinner reservation and was told we could come early and would get a call when our room was ready. No call and had to rush to get ready for our special evening. The room is extremely small and there is no privacy. You can here through the walls and door. The parking is not easy and takes time, if you're looking for something relaxing this is not he hotel for you. It's noisy and very busy outside. They leave era plugs by the bed. This was not divulged when the room was booked.

Lovely little hotel
Pros:

Lovely small hotel right in the centre of Capitola. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We were welcomed by Mark who gave us great advice regarding making the most of our short stay.

Cons:

Breakfast was very basic and we would have preferred proper mugs/cups rather than disposable ones.

Very clean, cozy, cute boutique hotel. Friendly staff, helpful as to what to see in the area.
Pros:

Great location right on the main street where there were plenty of food options. A bit noisy late at night due to the restaurant across the street playing music a bit loud and then the garbage trucks coming early in the morning to pick up the trash bins.

Cons:

The price could have been a bit better due to the noise factor other than that it was a cozy place. Too bad it wasn't located up the street away from the noise.

Nice, not sure I would stay here again.
Pros:

Location is great!

Cons:

They had no parking. Their parking lot is 5-7 minute walk. The first guy gave me a parking pass but didn’t explain clearly where to park. The second guy was better but it was so busy I had to pay for parking. The room was too bright in the morning and it was very loud with the garbage truck in the morning.

The hotel is great, we stayed at Jamaica room and the room is small but very clean and comfortable, we had refrigerator

Unique and charming hotel.
Pros:

Loved that it was right in the heart of this cute town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. Defintely would stay here again.
