房間寬敞乾淨、溫泉也很舒服。
前往飯店當天因為路程中汽車被鹿撞了，到飯店請求協助，工作人員很熱心、友善的幫忙，真的萬分感謝！

友人3人で利用、お部屋は広々で到着時すでにお布団が敷いてあり、このアイディアはとても良い。
お湯♨️は2種類あり最高‼️お肌がツルツル温まります。朝陽亭のお湯も利用できるとの事でスタッフの方が車で送迎してくれました。
食事は多国籍な感じ種類も多かった（和食がもっと欲しかったかな）自分で作る小さい鍋料理は◯、味は少し濃い感じがしました。
スタッフの方々の挨拶が明るくとても良かった。

Helpful Staff, but Serious Issues with the Hotel – Not Recommended
Pros:

Our stay at Choyo Resort Hotel, unfortunately, didn’t fully meet our expectations, especially in terms of value for money.

While the staff were friendly and did their best to assist us, there were several issues that significantly impacted our experience. The room had a strong musty smell, and one we were offered smelled clearly of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. The air conditioning in our final room wasn’t working, which made it very difficult to sleep in the hot summer temperatures.

The onsen area also raised concerns, as the ceiling was visibly affected by mold, which made it hard to feel comfortable using the facility.

We truly appreciated the hospitality of the staff, but some of the issues seem to be more structural or related to general maintenance, and couldn’t be resolved during our short stay.

With some improvements in cleanliness and upkeep, this hotel could offer a much better experience. For now, however, we would be cautious about recommending it at the current standard.

客室の掃除は行き届いていないと感じる。
客室の窓が全開に開くため、体を乗り出すと落ちてしまいそうです。小さい子がいると注意が必要です。


夜ご飯はあまり美味しくなかったが、朝ご飯は良かった。

外国人スタッフの印象は良いです。

ホテル全体のサービスや環境に対しては星三つです。可なく不可なくといった感じですがリピートはしないと思います。

Very Nice Stay
Pros:

after my wife did a thorough research and reading every reviews, we made a decision to stay at this resort hotel. We were very pleased with out decision. Everything exceeded expectation plus the therapeutic benefit of curing chronic back pain was gone after staying here. The bed was very comfortable and onsen water is of top quality and 2 different variety. We had a great stay and service was great. Half board dinner and breakfast were great.

Great Location for the Ice Festival
Pros:

The included dinner and breakfast was very good. The buffet dinner had alot of choices and so did the breakfast.The location of the hotel is ideal for the Sounkyo Waterfall Ice Festival which is only a 10minute walk from the hotel. We also liked the hotel shuttle bus provided from Sapporo, very convenient.

Pros:

チェックイン時間より早く到着しましたが、コーヒー等のドリンクバーがある喫茶室で過ごせたので全く退屈しませんでした。
バイキングは品数豊富なのですが、地産地消を前面に出した献立を増やす、素材の味を大事にした味付けされるといいかなと思いました。
