WEBチェックインが初めてでしたが、簡単にできてスムーズで便利だった。
温泉巡りがとても良かった(^^)雨の日の宿泊だったため、宿泊施設内に食事できるところがあれば嬉しかった。

由巴士總站行上酒店約八分鐘，舊式酒店保養得宜，房間都清潔乾淨要有的都有，入住時接待老人家很落力介紹和講解唔錯，溫泉好舒服有外內二個但比較細，另一溫泉區有蒸氣浴但要同女方互換中晚，但留意晚上沒什麼食市有一間便利店所以最好用餐後入住

We had a large Japanese style room. The onsen was good. Breakfast at the nearby hotel on the way to the ski lifts was a bargain for 980 yen!! It is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest supermarket

We loved: (1) the spotlessly clean and spacious room and communal areas (2) the view of trees and the sound of the river outside our room (3) relaxing in the hotel's indoor and outdoor hot spring pools (4) helpful staff.
The only thing that could be improved would be teabags (お茶 or black tea), either for free in the room or to purchase from the front desk.

スタッフの方がとても親切で助かりました。
お部屋は広くてよかったです。
ただ、お布団にダニでしょうか？かなり痒かったです。
水道の出が悪かったですが、古いながらも内装を綺麗にされてるのがよくわかります。

温泉がとてもよかったです。
お世話になりました。

Affordable, clean, room are super spacious, very suitable for small family (mine is family of 3). Get to experience public bath and onsen. Strategically located - near to many eateries and walkable to main attractions like Zao Ropeway
