Pros:

The location is right down the slopes.
The staff is very professional.
The room was comfortable.
Very good breakfast.
The onsen is very good.

Adequate hotel in convenient area for a short ski trip
Pros:

Really close to the chairlift. Has an onsen. Rooms are clean. Staff very friendly. Has locker room at entry for snow sport items-skis,boots,etc which made it easy to get in/out for our ski trip. Also close walking distance to a ski rental store.

Cons:

For the price it could use an update. Facilities are old. Onsen could be better- very simple indoor single soak area. We weren’t able to add on dinner plan to our stay after booking although we did request it only 1 day before.

Pros:

離中央纜車很近，走去上之台比較遠至少15分鐘，離Lawson大概6分鐘左右，員工超級親切，尤其是在餐廳的服務生們，晚餐必吃山形牛，有夠好吃不誇張，早餐也很不錯，溫泉開的時間很長，能感受到設備老舊但還能接受

Nice place to stay for Zao ski resort!
Pros:

Good facility with a nice onsen on site. Friendly staff and located near to the ski resort.

Cons:

There was a false fire alarm during my our stay and the PA announcement was in Japanese only. Luckily nothing bad happened but would be great if the announcement can be bilingual.

Overall would consider staying again
Pros:

Good that breakfast and dinner was provided. Dinner was Yamagata beef sukiyaki or shabu shabu; which was great. Family of 5 in an “extended” room where parents slept in the beds and kids on the tatami floor with mattresses in the living room

Cons:

Hotel is a bit dated, provision of disposable bedroom slippers would’ve been good

Perfect location, wonderful experience
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, warm and clean rooms, onsen in the building, rental and lift tickets, storage in the building. Coffee machine available at extra price in the lobby
