Grosszügische Wohnung mit gutem Service

Cons:

Die Matraze des 2.Bettes war leider sehr hart, das Personal war bemüht Abhilfe zu schaffen, doch am Enden hättest nur der Austausch der Mataraze ein spürbaren Ergebnis gebracht.

Very Happy!
Pros:

The room (2-bed premium) was very spacious and had everything you could need. I am a stickler for cleanliness, and this property met my strict expectations. I was very pleasantly surprised by the pool and surrounding area, as well as the gym which was well equipped. Above all, the staff are amazing; super polite and helpful.

10 minutes walk to EMSPHERE, spacious, clean.
Pet friendly as well.
The attached coffee shop Bru, is very good and delivers breakfast to the hotel.

Cons:

No tea bags in room only instant coffee.

Fine for a short cheap stay
Pros:

The property was very well located and a short walk away from everything you would need. Staff were attentive and friendly. Common facilities (gym, play area, pool) were nice.

Cons:

The apartments are in need of maintenance. Mattresses very uncomfortable, air conditioning didn’t look overly clean and was loud, shower heating was inconsistent, washing machine had mould inside & dryer function didn’t work and overall the condition of some of the furniture and finishes weren’t great.

Pros:

The apartment was large with two bathrooms, but no bathtub. The apartment was well-insulated; no noise from neighbors could be heard.

Cons:

The very hard bed wasn't good for me. I had back pain. The air conditioning unit in the rooms is directly opposite the bed. The air conditioning blows directly in my face.

Nice, comfortable appartement, great location, proper for longer term as well
Pros:

Nice spacious appartement, with nice bed, great shower and kitchen to cook some meals. Had a magnificent view, all over Bangkok from my balcony on the 10th floor, which I enjoyed really much. Very friendly cleaning lady who was very flexible to come back at other timeframes. With good wifi and a large desk I could work remote easily. Very friendly and helpful personnel in general. The building is situated on a very central location with EM-Sphere food hall and supermarket and MAKRO supermarket around the corner.

Cons:

The kitchen could have been a bit more extensively equipped. There were only some small pans, and I missed having a larger pot to prepare my meals. After asking, they were kind enough to provide an additional small pan, which helped. A large soup bowl or a few more basic items would also have been useful.

The fitness room could be improved as well, for example by adding a few more yoga mats and a multi-functional cable machine that allows training for both arms and legs.

Pros:

Like: very spacious, very well equipped, great location, great amenities (fridge, microwave, pool etc)

Dislike: breakfast buffet very limited compared to Thailand standards, no vegetarian voices, food looked a bit unappetizing.
