A little far from bts station but it is very quiet place

My second stay! I like this place even if they forgot my taxi for airport the last morning!
Comfy, modern apartments i a good location.

Like: very spacious, very well equipped, great location, great amenities (fridge, microwave, pool etc)

Dislike: breakfast buffet very limited compared to Thailand standards, no vegetarian voices, food looked a bit unappetizing.

Appartement is prima meubels zijn aan vernieuwing toe, fijn is de aparte slaapkamer. Ontbijt is slecht staan 10 tafels en100 kamers verhuurd dus dat klopt niet je moet in de rij staan voor het ontbijt wat niets bijzonders is. Dames doen hun uiterste best maar kunnen niet alles bijhouden, tafels opruimen, eitje bakken en het eten aanvullen het is een chaos.
Wij hebben van de week dat we er verbleven 2 x gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Personeel is attent en behulpzaam hopelijk gaat de manager iets doen aan het meubilair en het ontbijt.

War sehr unfreundliches Personal, Frühstück war sehr schlecht!!!
Wenn anreist vor 14 Uhr ,muss sehr viel dazu zahlen.

2ベッドルームに宿泊したが、部屋は清潔で広くて値段にしても満足いくものだった。洗濯機があることが便利。
アソーク駅まで徒歩10分程度で立地も問題ない程度。

Very clean, spacious and friendly staff. Check in was prompt and the service staff was super helpful and very accommodating. The apartment itself was quite clean and gave a felling of a home away from your own home. Will be definitely staying in the same place in the future

I found small ants in the bed. Location is perfect. But a little old bldg. The owner is very kind. But staffs during day hours are not kind and poor at English.
Overall...not bad. But i felt bad with cleaness and breakfast.

標準客房2間臥室，有附客廰、廚房洗衣機等，空間也很大，定時有嘟嘟車由飯店送到bts站，無接回，走去大約20分內會到asok bts，服務人員很親切

nice and spacious apartment. Was located deep in the lane, making it a bit of a walk to get to the main road, but it was a quiet location.

As several times before its always a pleasure to stay here at GM Serviced Apartments. Very friendly staff, huge rooms and a great pool with late opening hours (can go for night swim with a city view). Only downside is the lack of low volume lounge music at the pool area and perhaps drink service. But keep in mind this is apartments - not a hotel. Located far down at the end of Soi 20 but quiet and within walking distance to restaurants and BTS skytrain. GM has a tuktuk service

호텔은 시내중심부에서 좀 걸어야할 정도에 위치해 있으며 4인가족 여행이라 투룸 예약했음에도 불구하고 원룸 두개를 제시해서 황당하였음. 호텔의 전체적인 청결도는 깨끗하였으나 룸청소는 제대로 진행되지 않음

荷物を増やしたくなかったので洗濯機のあるサービスアパートを探して、立地と値段からこちらを予約。駅からは少し歩きますが、遠すぎず、静かな場所で良かったです。朝食も期待していませんでしたが、パンと卵料理、タイ料理とフルーツもあり、軽く摂るには問題なかったです。味も良かったです。
フロントで観光地を尋ねた際には、定休日やショーの時間など調べてくださったり、タクシーの予約もスムーズで、一般のホテルと変わらない対応でした。お部屋も思っていたよりきれいで使いやすかったです。無料送迎が一時間に一本ほどしかなく、迎えがないのが残念でしたが、タクシーは安いので問題なかったです。

部屋が予想以上に綺麗だった。

チェックイン可能な14時より1時間ほど前に到着したが、お部屋に入れていただきました。大変清潔感があり、1人には広すぎるほどのスペースでした。ベッドも無線LANも快適でした。使ってはいませんが、サービスアパートメントらしく大きめの冷蔵庫、IHクッキングヒーター、調理器具、洗濯機が揃っています。早朝5時台にチェックアウトしましたが、気持ちよく対応いただき、スワンナプーム空港までのタクシーを呼んでいただきました。450パーツで30分程で到着しました。
あえて欠点を挙げるとすると、シャワーの水温調節は難しく感じました。プロンポン駅からの徒歩は少し遠く、雨天や荷物が多いときついです。
また利用すると思います。

This place was SO welcoming, SO comfortable, SO convenient, and SO affordable. If I go back to Bangkok, I'm staying here again.

I arrived at about 1 am, and the staffed reception desk even called the airport with my room number so they could deliver my delayed luggage (delivered to me without a hitch). She was friendly enough to talk with me about living in California for 10 years and asking me about Texas.

Everything I needed, and everything was clean, every day. I had a little trouble figuring out how to make the shower water hot, but there was hot water in the faucets, so this was operator incompetence.

I stayed more than a week. I see some reviews said "breakfast not great", but it was great enough for me. I had a business breakfast at the Marriott buffet around the corner, that was ridiculously large, but I couldn't eat that every day. And there were a HUGE variety of restaurants within 10 minutes walk - Thai, Indian, Swiss, German, tacos, pretty much anything you wanted, and they were good and inexpensive.

This place is in an alley that seemed spooky at two AM, but the next day I realized that multiple hotels down the alley had security guards watching me every step.

My only thing to do differently next time will be to take the Sky Train back to the airport - cabs in traffic were expensive and took at least three times as long.

I could say more, but if you're in the area, just go there.

Great apartments all the way down at the end of Soi 20. Great pool area and well equipted gym. Friendly staff all around. However make sure to book a balcony! Only one downside; Breakfast is terrible. But keep in mind this is not a hotel but pure apartments. Dont pay for breakfast. Many restaurants nearby

I stayed here for 1 night in bangkok. I booked last minute and was welcomed as soon as I arrived. The check in was extremely smooth and the lady at the front counter did everything possible to make me feel at home. The room was spacious with every amenity I needed included. Wifi, Washer, Iron, TV. EVERYTHING! Ladies at breakfast were also welcoming. Will definitely stay again if I had the opportunity.

Perfect residence for a medium term Bangkok stay in a nice location sufficiently removed from the hustle and bustle of Sukhomvit Rd. Friendly staff and a home away from home
