Pros:

部屋に入って床の汚さに驚きました。色んなシミが沢山あって気持ち悪いです。ユニットバスには蓄積された汚れあり(取れる汚れ) 清掃の仕方に問題あり。帰り際 他の宿泊客がとても綺麗で素晴らしい！と言っていましたが、部屋によって差があるのだと思いました。施設が古くても清掃などでカバーできると思います。
外国人スタッフの対応とても良い。笑顔でしっかりした対応。他スタッフ笑顔なく残念なスタッフ多い。

朝食の鮭とたらこがいまいちでした…
焼き肴ももう少しあるといいですね。ホッケとかもなく残念でした。
ソフトクリームが美味しかった‼

レストランのスタッフさんは皆さん親切でした。
お風呂場の脱衣所で髪の毛がいっぱいで自分でコロコロした。

お風呂のお湯は柔らかくとても気持ち良く入りました。

Pros:

部屋もホテルも古いですが、家族五人で泊まれる部屋があり、食事も温泉もよかったです。
2泊したので飲み放題と、2日目にお刺身盛り合わせのサービスがあり嬉しかったです。

気になる点は、暖房しか入らず部屋が暑く寝苦しかったです。
また、寝ていても起こされるくらいトイレの流水音が大きいので困りました。
