Burj Khalifa is my view I love it
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The check in process was smooth, and the staff provided excellent service very attentive and professional.
During my stay, I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant. While the food was good, I felt that some staff could improve on friendliness and engagement. a simple smile or more genuine presence can go a long way in making guests feel welcome, no matter where they come from.
That said, I truly appreciate the efforts of the hotel team and would recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and overall quality. a little extra warmth in the restaurant would make the experience even better
I also felt a bit sad that I couldn’t use the swimming pool due to the rain in next day, as I was really looking forward to relaxing there but thanks overall good experience,.

It’s an outstanding property with great location, spacious room size, great view of Burz Khalifa and most of all, courteous staff.
Our stay at Kempinski The Boulevard was nothing short of extraordinary. We travel frequently as a family and are used to high standards, but this experience truly exceeded every expectation.

The location on Palm Jumeirah offers breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline, a beautiful private beach, and a sense of calm sophistication that is rare in Dubai. The suites are spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for a family stay. Every detail reflects refinement and attention to guest comfort.
However, what truly sets this hotel apart — and what makes us eager to return — is the phenomenal team at the Club Lounge.
I want to emphasize this clearly: the Club Lounge staff is simply outstanding. Their level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care is something you rarely encounter, even in the world’s finest hotels. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed not as guests, but as valued friends.
The team anticipated our needs before we even expressed them. Every interaction was graceful, attentive, and deeply personalized. They remembered our preferences, engaged naturally with our children, and ensured that every visit to the lounge felt special. The service during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening canapés was flawless — elegant yet warm, refined yet relaxed.

I loved the hotel and the club lounge. The friendly staff, Kate, Indira, and Jacob, made our stay especially enjoyable. Our glasses were always full. The cocktails were excellent! The rooms had a beautiful view, and the pool was incredible.
I arrived at the hotel at night and the reception was exceptional, very helpful and caring.
The hotel is very clean and gives warmth and coziness. The rooms are large, a huge and luxurious bed, it feels like sleeping on a cloud. A well-equipped shower with huge and cozy towels. Room service is available at any time and is welcoming. Excellent breakfast with a very rich buffet and very gentle waiters.
We spent a perfect week with our family.
What we appreciated most: location (direct access to the Mall), the facilities in the hotel ( swimming pools, Gym, Spa, breakfast, exclusive lounge), the people for sure who treated us with care. We stayed for a week at Kempinski Boulevard. It was our 2nd visit to the property and we loved it. The room was amazing and the housekeeping staff was very helpful . The extra bed had some technical issue and they immediately replaced it. Ahmad served is at breakfast and was very attentive to our needs. So was Igor at the Executive lounge. He made is very comfortable and would keep checking in on us. We can’t think of staying at any other property on down town dubai.
It is really the worest in room dining I've ever seen in my life ..all hotels take 30 - 40 min ( and this is what they used to repeat it in this hotel) but it takes 50 - 60 min because I keep calling them looking for my breakfast.
I don't advise you to take i n room dining if you have any other plans.
You used the Club Lounge during our four night stay and couldn’t fault it. The quality of service was of the highest standard , the staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. There was a wide variety of food on offer and the atmosphere was relaxed. After the hustle and bustle of the mall the hotel is an oasis of white and crystal calm.
Everything was top-class, especially the cleanliness and comfort of the room.
A big thank you to Deshika, the room attendant, for her great work. She was very kind and always did her job with a smile. This hotel truly makes guests feel valued.
Outstanding hotel steps away from the Dubai Mall with its own over street bridge to the mall. The Kempinski brand never disappoints but this particular one is a cut above. The rooms are fantastic ( we had the executive suite) the service is impeccable and management is most responsive ( namely Amina, Ari and Hassan). The hotel has a fantastic pool with Burj Khalifa view. The club lounge is one of the best I’ve seen. The in-house restaurant has a fantastic vibe. The restaurant manager Hassan made sure we were enjoying our experience. He was most gracious and personally followed up on every request even some that had to do with our stay at the hotel; not just the restaurant. We were truly overwhelmed by kindness by everyone. We will be back in March and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else other than the Kempinski the boulevard.
We checked in on 14 Jan 26 (619) for three nights stay. I wasn’t feeling well suffered Asthma Attack and tried to shorten my stay, reached out to booking.com who told me to inform the hotel and they can support without cancellation fee. They were not very supportive and I ended up staying the 3 nights.
They remembered our anniversary which was a nice touch with the cake and rose petals.
I would like to commend Mr. Meky from the Food & Beverage team for his exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a great dining experience. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and attention to detail truly stood out.
Mr. Meky went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and his service added real value to our visit. Experiences like this make a place memorable, and he is a true credit to the F&B team.

My stay was excellent and truly one of the best experiences. The hotel location is perfect, with direct connectivity to Dubai Mall via a flyover, which makes it extremely convenient.
The staff were very helpful and professional, and the concierge team was outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Bijay, Mr. Jerome, and Mr. Yasir, they helped a lot with all my queries and provided very informative guidance throughout my stay.
The check-in process was smooth and fast, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai.
