Categories
Cleanliness
7.8
Frequently praised as clean or 'très propre'; however isolated reports of maid refusal to clean and dated rooms lowered the score.
Service
7.8
Multiple positive mentions of helpful and courteous staff (including specific praise for Mary and 'THE SERVICE WAS GREAT!'), offset by a few incidents of rudeness and poor handling of room issues.
Location
8.5
Excellent proximity to the airport and convenient for early flights; some guests noted it sits in an industrial area with few nearby amenities or restaurants.
Room Quality
7
Mixed: some rooms described as comfortable, but other reports note dated facilities, a broken washroom door on arrival, and mosquito issues.
Amenities
7.5
Off-street parking and breakfast availability were positives; limited on-site amenities and nearby restaurants detract somewhat.
Value for Money
7.5
Mixed perceptions: a few guests called it excellent value for airport proximity while at least one guest felt it was 'not worth the money'.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Breakfast was mentioned positively by several guests as good or well-prepared, though a small number reported they could not use it or had no breakfast.
Overall Experience
7.7
Generally a positive, convenient option for airport stays—clean and convenient overall—but occasional service lapses and dated rooms temper the experience.
