The bed was comfortable. I booked a queen and got a double.
No customer service. No breakfast. Carpets in hallway smelled.
The staff was accommodating. The location was good, just off the interstate
You could tell the room used to be a smoking room. It had a stale stench to it.
Good location for passing through town and getting back on the freeway
Reservation said there would be breakfast, and the late evening check in attendant said there would be breakfast in the morning, but come morning there was a sign on the room saying no breakfast, room closed. A housekeeper that checked me out said it was because a license to handle food had not been renewed.
There wasn’t any breakfast offered. The food room was closed and there was a old Domino’s box and a half eaten slice of pizza on one of the tables inside the room.
Dirty dirty dirty!
Smelled like cigarettes strongly everywhere I couldn’t take a breath without smelling cigarettes, especially in the elevator.
Garbage in hallway.
Un-cleanly staff, the front desk clerk had stains all over his shirt.
Half of our lights didn’t work in the room.
There was only one set of towels in the room.
There was a dirty dog bed in front of our door.
They offered guest laundry room, but the washer wasn’t available only the dryer was so we couldn’t do our laundry.
It wasn’t worth the price. I literally paid less staying at an extremely nice cleanly Hotel the next day in Colorado than I did here.
Staff was friendly. The first room was not ready, so they immediately gave us another room. The bed was very comfortable.
It’s advertised as full breakfast, and there was none. The tv was on in the room, and the remote couldn’t make it respond. So we had to just unplug it all. The hotel is being renovated, but you could tell it was a former motel 6. Very disappointed. Plug ins for smart phones are nonexistent. I need to run a CPAP and had to disconnect the clock to run the CPAP and chargers.
The girl at the front desk in the morning was delightful
The facility was dirty. Big dog poop all over the grounds seemed very unsanitary.
Nothing
Never any staff available. Smelled like smoke. Sign on desk to call if help needed, no one ever answered. Ran out of toilet paper. Key to room had to be programmed everyday at 2pm. Dirty floors in entryway.

Worn out and clean but the room wasn’t serviced. Lights didn’t work only one set of towels
I was afraid to try it.
The clerk was sick and coughed and sneezed in his hand and then picked up my ID, he didn’t bother to wash his hands or use sanitizer. I had to ask for hand sanitizer to clean it before I took it back. The carpets were visibly dirty. Our room had an odd smell so we had to leave the window open all night. I was very disappointed as I was expecting more with the Red Lion name. Now I know why it was such a low price.
The fact that it was a red lion
Everything. Once checked in omg it was like a jail cell. Just two beds 4 pillows nothing else. The tv didn’t even have a remote. When I asked for my money back denied because it is a non refundable room. It was not to the standards of a red lion if it is then I need to find another chain to do business with. There needs to be something that can be don’t to refund my money when the room is completely unacceptable. I am not a travel that can afford the best but really need to be some kind of standard for booking to do business with a property
Nice people and clean
The price is a little much
Booked a room. Arrived to check in, was told room that was booked had plumbing issues. Was told there were two other rooms empty, but they were double beds and not singles. Would not change reservation to available room, even with his housekeeper standing right there telling him they were both available and ready.
Front desk agent was a jackass.
Nothing. I arrived and saw the conditions of this hotel and left to find a different place to stay. The front desk guy was an idiot and refused to refund me even though the pictures online were not at all accurate
Pulled up and the place looked abandoned. There were holes in the roof and paint peeling off the front of the building
Well organized and very good leadership.
Room were full when I arrived. Was told the motel didn’t have my name, confirmation number.
