Frustrating second experience.
Pros:

Location. Close to beach access, restaurants and souvenirs stores.

Cons:

This place started to charge clients for parking lot. Never was like this before. Their greed for money is really gonna make me find somewhere else to stay with my family. And there is no ice machine available anymore, instead client must go to the front desk and ask for ice, that comes in uncontrolled conditions. It is more expensive with everything and the quality has gone down. I don't recommend it anymore.

A good rate but not a good stay.
Pros:

Kim, morning front desk clerk, was very nice and informative..the rest of the staff was uneducated about local attractions. Very clean and organized.

Cons:

It did not make sense for a PAYING guest pay for parking. The a/c did not get cold, tv did not work it only had audio and no visual; called front desk and offered no solutions, the tv conveniently worked on day of our check out. Also, we had roaches in the bathroom and the hair dryer did not work.
