Great hotel with great service
Pros:

Having a great time at this hotel and enjoying Salvador!!

Service is especially good at the bar with Humaíra. She is is great face and ambassador for the hotel!

Voltarei a me hospedar, mas discordo do valor cobrado à parte do café da manhã

O serviço, o atendimento, a localização e a vista do terraço são perfeitos.

Cons:

Mesmo tendo reservado uma suite maior, bem confortável e com uma boa vista (suite 711) , não foi me comunicado que o buffet do café da manhã não estava incluído na diária. Jantei 2 dias no restaurante do hotel e considerei os preços compatíveis, mas o valor cobrado à parte pelo desjejum me pareceu desproporcional.

A 5-star experience!
Pros:

We had an incredible experience staying at FERA palace. The hotel is amazing, clean and a reference around Centro Histórico. The staff is also well trained, gentle, and kind, including Maike, Italo, Lucas, and Raquel. I’d rate 6 stars to their staff.

Italo is the best
Pros:

Italo is the best! He provided us with excellent service and was super attentive to all our requests. The location is amazing and I would highly recommend to any of my friends in the USA. Make sure you hang on to Italo!

Overall experience 5 star! The hotel is beautiful and the service and kindness of the staff was amazing!
Pros:

The staff in general was absolutely amazing! Including the parking staff. The hotel was beautiful and we had the best view from the 8th floor. The breakfast was 5 star, with amazing sweets, cakes, fruit, tapioca, all types of eggs!

Pros:

Camas confortaveis, servico bom, localizacao. Cafe da manha bom. Quarto limpo. Recepcao boa.

Cons:

A vista do quarto e' um predio velho que esta muito proximo de distancia.
Houve um mal entendido e jogaram a garrafa de vinho que tinha comprado fora.
Servico do cafe da manha cheio com garcons muito ocupados e tinhamos que chamar varias vezes pare sermos atendidos.

Maravilhosa
Pros:

Foi a grande maioria das coisas impecáveis! De vez em quando tiro finais de semana em ssa mesmo para sair da rotina e com toda certeza voltarei ao fera,funcionários maravilhosos,café da manhã impecável,além de todo o tratamento e cuidado maravilhosos das gerências!

Cons:

Apenas um detalhe,no primeiro dia demorou um pouco os drinks e o serviço do restaurante,meu conselho é avaliar se não tem pouco funcionário para atender a quantidade de hóspedes

Localização muito boa para o centro histórico

A localização é ótima para quem deseja conhecer Salvador histórica.
O ambiente da piscina é muito legal.
Cama grande e confortável.

Cons:

As janelas do quarto não abrem !!! É muito estranho.
Hoteis desta categoria disponibilizam mais que 2 toalhas nos quartos.
