Pros:

Hotellet har en rigtig god beliggenhed, meget centrat, hvilket gøre det nemt at komme rundt og opleve byen. Ulempen er dog at beliggenhed også betyder meget larm fra trafikken.
Vores værelse blev ikke gjort ordentlig rent, de reddede kun sengen, også selvom vi bedte om det. Rengøringsservicen levede ikke op til forventningerne. Receptionisterne er dog rigtigt venlige og behjælpelige.

Very comfortable stay. Staff were welcoming including reception staff, housekeeping to staff during breakfast. Varied breakfast and staff willing to help. Covenient location, mall and plenty of shops within walking distance.

Die Zimmer waren überhaupt nicht sauber. Überall Flecken auf den Teppichen und den Möbeln. Der Spa Bereich fiel aus obwohl das ein Spa Urlaub werden sollte. Auf die Beschwerde hin hieß es man solle davor nochmal anrufen und sichergehen das der Spa Bereich geöffnet ist? Unzumutbar, haben am selben Tag ausgecheckt.

Treated bad by the front desk at 11.25am after checking in at 9pm I categorically told them my flight is 6pm and I will like to check out at 3pm and they accept suddenly the were calling at 11.25am to tell me I should check out by 12 noon that’s not fair

Pros:

Expensive to order food- a hot glass of milk was 10 liras free at breakfast, missed it by 15 mins got it sent to my room 10 liras. Bit too expensive.

worst hotel experience in my life

The worst hotel I've been to in my life, away from all the bad services and disgusting treatment to the customer right after you pay, my mother's purse got stolen from the hotel reception,while moving our bags to the cab "by ourselves ofc" Two ladies wearing scarf come in the hotel reception steal the bag and leave in seconds, as soon as we realized the bag is stolen in a matter of seconds we told the workers and no one did anything, let's say that's totally ok.... next thing we ask the hotel workers to call the police since we are foreigners and don't speak turkish but no one did anything, they ignored us and even the guy who call himself manager told us that he was in the reception and there was no bag. i told the taxi cab to call the police for us and then the manager got nervous and told the cab driver that there was no need to call the police and that the bag is gone. the same manager refused to show us the camera tapes at first but until 40 minutes has passed and police were on there way he eventually showed us and we saw the thiefs coming in the hotel and stealing the purse with the phone and all our money inside it. I then come to talk to the manager he was so rude and telling me that it's our problem and he won't help me with anything, he even shouted at us put his hands on my shoulder and kicked us out of the hotel! He refused to give us any number of someone responsible for such stuff in the hotel, he even told me later that he is not even the manager.
