sehr zentral war das Hotel. Personal war auch hilfsbereit je nach die anfrage . Sehr sauberes Zimmer . Wir waren sehr zufrieden. İmmer wieder gerne gehen wir hin.Dankeschön für alles.

Внимательный персонал, заселили быстро. Номер вполне чистый.

Cons:

Очень тёмный номер. За окном была лестница. Не было одеяла, в номере было холодно. Завтрак скудный. Цена очень завышена. в номере не было питьевой воды.

Cons:

Вентиляція не виконувала свої функції, вікно не відкривалось, тому було дуже душно. Немає нормальної штори і вночі світло від ліхтаря світить прямо в обличчя. Розетка біля ліжка не працювала.

Pros:

It is a perfect room for the price. By far the cleanest room I ever stayed at in Istanbul. Great location some really good bars and food very close by. Really good public transport connection. Clean towels in the bathroom. The staff has cleaned the room and brought fresh towels multiple times throughout my stay.

Cons:

A few minor things:
- The entrance to the hotel through a restaurant. Which at night was pretty busy. Felt weird entering with a big backpack
- My keycard would deactivate nearly every day, so I had to go to reception to get it working again

Everything exceeded our expectation, many thanks.
Pros:

Room was clean and nice. Beds were separated but they put them togeter in no time. the stret was busy with young people going -in-and out from near establishments. Orange in the breakfast was surprisingly good. We enjy staying there so much next time instead of Arnavut Koy we will stay in Kadikoy, thanks to Kuzen hotel made us hange our mind.

Cons:

The reception desk area gave us the wrong impression; nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. Special thanks to Miss Nimet Hanim; she was wonderful.

Istanbul piacevole sia dal punto di vista artistico-monumentale sia per le attività ricreaztive.
Pros:

Scelto perché nel centro di Kadikoy, dove soggiorna mio figlio studente in Erasmus. Rapporto qualità prezzo, per il periodo dell'anno, non soddisfacente.

Cons:

Non prevista la colazione. Camera non proprio impeccabile.

تعامل المديرة سيء
موقع الفندق مزعج للغاية
الموظفين يدخلون الغرفة بدون اذن
عدم وجود راحة في الفندق
موافق الفندق جدًا ضيقة ولا يوجد مصعد للزوار وافادوا انه للموظفين فقط
البيانات غير دقيقة، استاجرنا غرفة 20م مربع، واستلمنا غرفة صغيرة جدًا
بسبب هذا كله تم التفاوض مع المديرة بطريقة جدًا راقية لاسترداد باقي المبلغ ولكن كان اسلوبها جدًا سيء
ونطالب بقيمة ليلتين لم نقيمها بالفندق بسبب عدم وجود لافتة بالغرفة ودخول موظفة بدون اذن وبالتالي تم اختراق الخصوصية

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, cerca del metro M4, ferry, bares y restaurantes. El personal fue muy amable. La habitación estaba limpia y las camas cómodas
