Hotel Namin

The employees of the hotel were very nice and polite. However, there were some issues with this hotel. First, the refrigerator didn't work - the door was hot to the touch. Second, the hot water in the shower kept cutting out, and it stopped working altogether. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was satisfactory for a simple breakfast. The room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel wasn't that bad, but next time, if we stay in Bandung, I think we will stay somewhere else. 3/5

Nice room, Nice restraunt, Kind & good hospitality of staffs

This hotel has great potential to be a highly recommended hotel, but fell short on few crucial things. The location is great, good looking exterior, and the room is well designed too! But unfortunately seems this hotel is not well maintained. Maybe because of COVID. But should not be an excuse, tho.

Let start with some positives:
1. Room is spacious, good looking design
2. Great location
3. Nice exterior design
4. Decent food

During our stay, we found several issues:
1. The room wasn’t exactly the best smelling room we’ve been. Moreover, definitely need so many cleaning such as on the curtain and the bed headboard.
2. The restaurant only open until around 8. We could not even get a plate and a set of cutlery at night.
3. The pillows are rather bad for a 3-star hotel.
4. the wi-fi is terrible. Disconnected every 5 minutes with bare minimum speed.
5. The receptionist wasn’t exactly at their post everytime (sometimes no one is there)

This hotel shows sign of its glory years but obviously the COVID didn’t help in its maintenance and management. Not sure whether we would be back here again, but if something drastic is done, we would love to stay here again.

I will not come back to this hotel. Accidentally stay there because my office near to the hotel, then I regret immediately when staying there. Its just a 3 star hotel with 4 star price. Where I stayed, the room so small and humid. The breakfast also not satisfying for me and my colleague. So, will I come back? definitely not. Sorry, just not comfortable with everything.

accordingly, 70% of guests have loved ones as patients at RS Borromeus...conveniently located just behind..rooms are comfortable and clean..good breakfast buffet, friendly staff all around..recommended massage / spa on 3rd floor...overall highly recommended hotel for short stays (near Dago area) and long stay (to stay close to the hospital)..

Stay here for 3 nights with a friend.
+ Location is good.
+ Breakfast is nice and taste good for the price of stay you pay.
+ We got complimentary in our first day (cake), so nice.

- One day the waterheater is off, maybe because too many rooms used the hot water
- The wall is thin, we can hear the noisy next to our room

For the locality intended, the hotel serves the primary function of walking distance to the place where my daughter studies.Except for the rain, the surrounding and the neighbourhood are warm and safe.The breakfast menu is a bit dull, but the dishes ordered via room service, were satisfactory.

Went here for my friend's wedding near here. The location was great! Since it is very close with Borromeus Hospital and central Bandung like Riau and Dago. I stayed in the Nice hotel with double bed.
At first I was quite hesitant because the review I read say it was not that good. I came to my room and it was clean, and smells good. Although I didnt get the towel but the bed and toilet was clean.
The breakfast was just ok, nothing special but def not the worse.

Maybe gonna try another hotel in Bandung

Namin is a cute little hotel in a nice neighborhood. Few steps from Borromeus Hospital and close to few cute cafes, restaurants and outlets. Sadly the hotel doesnt put too much attention on its cleanliness. It was noticed from the lobby up to our room. I was surprised to find such dark n smelly pillow cases on our bed and had to ask for better ones. The staffs were fast n with excellent courtesy helped to changed those. Hope namin could improve and we’d love to come back soon. Cheers !

Last stayed here in Feb 2017, and when we returned in Dec 2017, my husband and I agreed that this hotel had aged considerably. Service was still good but there was a drop in the quality overall.

Location was good but there seemed to be less street food lining the streets, compared to the previous time, which was regrettable since the good street food in the hotel's neighbourhood was one of the reasons we enjoyed our stay there.

One of my favorite hotel whenever i went to Bandung. affordable & the room is spacious, so if you bring a lot of stuffs. you have spaces to stored it. The interior might too simple & plain compare to other hotels, but it is still comfortable as long as it clean. the location itself is very easy to reach from anywhere. there's so many restaurants as well on a walking distance.

I stay with my dad, we choose this hotel because it is very close to the hospital my son admitted. I like the breakfast menu, and the hotel staffs are friendly. It is worthy despite of tiny window in our room😊

Checked in at 10PM and happy to have my reservation not cancelled by the hotel. Can’t say happy though with the rest of my stay. My ‘good room’ (the hotel terminology for a bigger room) welcomes me with a distinct unpleasant odor from the bathroom, creaking floors and barely nothing else which one would expect from a hotel charging you with such a price. The sofa is stained and walls have water marks. The exhaust fan is very loud so attempt to get rid of the odor is not possible other than by opening the windows. You may want to skip the breakfast buffet for better options within walking distance from the hotel. The plus points are the location, fast wifi & really comfy bed.

I can say this hotel is chic! Because the architecture and interior bring some modern and stylish feelings. With confortably spacious bedroom and perfect location I can really enjoyed my weekend in the city.

As expected, the room was just as needed. We did not like the small window on 5th floor - felt like in prison. And the bathroom get wet whenever we have a bath, since the separator cannot hold water to toilet area.

But knowing that it is located in Dago and very close to many shops, it felt just okay.

I did not expect too much for the breakfast, but they did mesmerized me. The breakfast area is instagrammable. and they offered some good varieties of food. The egg station is so good that made me ordered twice. And their buffet is delicious. Love their breakfast!

This hotel is very clean, cheap, friendly, good breakfast, comfort room, and helpful staff, basement available for 10 cars, Location near dago st, surrounded by a lot of cozy place. this hotel is very recommended.

Very close to Borromeus Hospital, however there were a very bad smell in the room, and one light was flashing the entire night. Huge difference of price if you pay at the hotel, be aware!

I stayed with my family for one night and took 2 rooms, both had clean and comfortable room. They serve delicious breakfast but not to many option.
Near to culinary places, factory outlet and easy to access using public transportation.

The hotel location is quite strategic and can easily found. The architecture is beautiful from the outside. The staff's are nice and the check in process is fast and easy. Room is very spacious if you travel solo or just couple. The room is also a bit humid and only a small window available. The bathroom is clean but a lil bit smelly.

Decent budget hotel in the heart of Bandung. Surrounded by a lot of food store around the hotel. They have unique architecture and the breakfast is good. It is suitable for you if you wanna explore the center of the city because it is near to the Dago Street
