Hotel muito bom!
Pros:

Gostei da localização do hotel, fica no centro de Lages, funcionários educados e acolhedores. O quarto e as dependências do hotel eram limpas e confortável, banho quente e relaxante. O café da manhã gostoso e com muita variedade no buffet. Os pets são bem vindos.

O hotel é bem central, perto de tudo. Tem estacionamento e equipe atenciosa. O chuveiro é ótimo, boa pressão. Ofereceram bastante toalhas também.

Cons:

A qualidade das camas tava bem inferior. Acho que qualquer hotel, por mais simples que seja, tem que ter bons colchões e boas roupas de cama, afinal, é para isso que se destina. As camas do quarto estavam muito antigas, com colchões irregulares e bem desconfortáveis.
