Bathroom was abit old and rainfall shower head didn’t work properly
Had the "no room service needed today" sign on the door as was having a sleep in after a bug night, the reception then ring the phone in the room waking me up just to ask if we wanted room services at all, read the sign.

very loud guests, walls are paper thin can hear everything from all floors and shower didn’t work at all, barley any water come out
Good location with bar leading straight to Main Street, near circle K, banks and good cafe.
The shower had as much pressure as a drizzle of rain. Didn’t feel too clean, toilet had hard stains, decorative pillows were dirty. The hallways are constantly noisy and the doors beep if left open, and lots of guests do and so they keep throughout night. Thumping from upstairs.

The staff were so much friendlier than any place we’ve been to. Always so happy to see us, always remembered our names or our orders. The service was always extremely quick and accommodating along with being in a fabulous location. The food and drinks were affordable too, we didn’t really ever have to leave the hotel if we didn’t need to. The Buffett breakfast was seamless and organised!
