Be careful with the aircon not working!!
Pros:

The room was lovely and modern and spacious.

Cons:

The first room I was put in the aircon was not working. Which they obviously would have known but tried to get away with it. They had a man stick his head in the roof have a look and tell me I didn't have it on the right settings which I did and closed my curtains and told to wait an hour. It had already been on for 4+ hours - it wasn't working. I went back to the desk and said no I'm not waiting, I don't want my curtains closed for the air con to have to work, which it didn't anyway and they ended up moving me to another room. Thankfully that aircon worked. How could they not know the aircon doesn't work and put customers in there. Absolutely ridiculous....!! The road is sooo loud at night too.

Had a good time but was disappointed with a few aspects.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and the rooms are nice. The jacuzzi on the roof with the bar was amazing. The pool is really nice too.

Cons:

The hotel is nice, but for the price you can stay at way nicer hotels. Not a fan of the location just busy streets everywhere any where you walk you just get constantly berated. The food was average. Surprisingly the Indonesian food on the menu was not very nice. The breakfast was pretty bad and expensive for what it was. We had paid breakfast but ended up just going elsewhere for breakfast.
When checking in my mum had requested a balcony room but they said they were full. Despite advertising vacancies. My mum offered to pay extra just so she could have a balcony. They said no.
Then my cousin checked in she had a balcony room with a pool view but was on a different floor and asked to be moved to the same floor as everyone else so they gave her an upgraded suite with two levels- loungeroom and massive balcony. That was really lovely, but when we asked prior if my mum could change rooms and pay they said no.
I really felt deterred from this experience. They gave a free upgrade to someone even though before this someone offered to pay for the upgraded room and they say no??? Doesn't make sense.

Lovely, friendly staff, clean comfortable room, pool area was pretty with plenty of chairs, roof top jacuzzi was awesome with swim up bar

Breakfast wasn’t great.

Pros:

We like the staff they were very nice and kind but the most of it we like the hotel manager, the name Was . Anies hotel manger with her front desk staff went beyond a call of duty to make sure our accommodation was very good also our Room cleaning guy Antara on the 3 floor. Who cleaned our room 321. Thank you All

Cons:

They could be some more variety in the breakfast department. & Specially the coffee should be hot.

The best hotel in Bali with the best people too! Feeling better than home!
Pros:

Exceptional! Ms. Amanda, Ms. Ania (the manager) and Mr. Andi, and all the rest of the team whose names I can’t recall, did everything to ensure an amazing stay! The room was amazing, everything clean and perfect, Aircon was working perfectly, and everything was really great! The best way to enjoy your vacation!

Cons:

Everything was amazing, nothing negative. I read other reviews that say about noises, it’s nothing. The hotel is in the center and really at the best place, some times might have very low noise from the road but is seriously nothing and the location is amazing. Everything was really great.

Spacious accommodation in a great location
Pros:

Location was central and easily accessible. Both pools were nice. The restaurant / breakfast had a good variety of food and seating options. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Some times the hot water temperature in the bath/shower was only luke warm
