Cons:

Rooms on balcony side are very loud from the traffic. Get used to it though and ear plugs are supplied. Buffet breakfast over priced and not the best.

First room had bad air con, we were moved & upgraded to a balcony sweet. Bottom corridor/reception area is very muggy & hot 24/7. Staff near bottom pool area aren’t very attentive to service or cleaning up rubbish before closing each night. Also bed linen was never changed. Only remade for 10 day stay.

Cons:

Staff member took the room card from Infront of me as she placed down the food. for what intention made me feel uneasy . charged 20,000 for a towel as they say was damaged, i had water based rinse in my paid that did rub out onto the towels. not very good understanding or speaking of english

The location was great, rooms were really nice although we found ourselves with the view of a brick wall and asked for an upgraded room with a view which was accommodated.
Very comfortable beds.
The staff were really great, the bar with pool table was a great way to spend an afternoon.

Cons:

There was no shade available in the Jacuzzi and associated bar area which prevented us from being able to use the space.

Pros:

New, super clean and location is perfect. perfectly situated on Legian main street, two entrances & close to all necessities. The rooms were lovely and modern (we had a balcony). In house restaurant has really good pricing and the food quality + taste was a 9/10 for us. 2 pools, ground floor pool 1.3 - 1.5 mtr deep, roof top pool perfect for kids. Buffet breakfast with a large variety of food for $15pax. Most favourite thing about this place is their staff. They are all lovely!

We did the Sari making class with Miss Ana and her assistant - was a fantastic morning, learning to make the offerings and the meanings behind them. Can not fault, everything was great.

Cons:

the ONLY thing is they need to leave more toiletries. One little tube of body wash for 2 people is not enough
