Bright spot in a sore situation
Pros:

Melissa is the reason I enjoyed my stay so much, and the reason I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if at all needed. My family and I are new to the area and had a mishap with our moving truck and had to extend our stay longer than expected. Melissa was such a bright spot in such a sore situation. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and that we were comfortable and welcome. I cannot thank her enough for her hospitality, and for just being her. Thank you!

Pros:

First, the staff. Been there several times and staff from front desk to the house keepers always very quick to help and will drop what they're doing to see to my needs first. Second, I love coffee and they have always had fresh coffee throughout the day and counter is always stocked up with supplies. I also love the amenities of the room like a kitchenette with a full size fridge and a burner to cook on. While I have the good fortune of staying where I want My Place will always be my go to for overnight stays.

Cons:

There is nothing I can think of that I disliked.

My Place to be.
Pros:

The staff are super helpful and friendly. And hanging out in the there cozy lobby area. The rooms and clean and comfortable. They are pet friendly!!! They have grills outside that are perfect for making family meals. They have a small shop that is convenient. A really nice touch is if you leave an extra blanket you brought they will add it to the bed when the remake it.

I've stayed at several My Place Hotels and this time I was not happy
Pros:

Michelle the desk attendant was very nice

Cons:

The floor was dirty sticky and smelled bad, no dishes available, so we could eat. Also there was no toilet paper in the restroom

Great night stay
Pros:

When we arrived Melissa at the front desk was very friendly and hospitable. When we got to room it was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy. If I could I would take it home with me.

I like the quietness of the hotel the manager and desk staff were very friendly. The room was very clean.

Cons:

I looked for a notepad to write a note to the cleaning staff, but couldn't find one. A notepad and pen would be a nice addition to a nice, clean room.
