Courteous staff, clean rooms, close to airport, great location, value for money
Location is good. But room was not as shown in the photo. It was Superior room but did not match with standard room in other hotels. There was a strange smell in reception area as well as in the room which makes the guest uncomfortable. Breakfast was
disappointing. It had variety but taste was not good.
Overall I felt that I paid exorbitant amount for one night stay considering the comfort and facilities. I
would not prefer to stay here in future

Hyderabad Grand is a great hotel, clean and convenient. Loved their breakfast and staff service including the car I booked. The bathroom fixtures need some fixing!
Quite near to the airport. Staff is polite and professional.
(1) Airconditioning control system is outdated and has to be managed through a control hanging out of the ceiling. I had to call the Front Desk for help with adjusting the temperature as it is difficult to reach and read the control buttons on a device hanging through a cable near the ceiling.
(2) My room was quite noisy as it was bang on the highway. The location of the hotel is too close to the highway.
Location is perfect for travelers. Entire staff is nice.

Room facilities and bathrooms need renovation/upgradation. No TV channels for local language. Windows must be sealed completely.
