El personal es muy amable y educado, la ubicacion es inmejorable.. hay muchas opciones para comer y muchas tiendas de todo tipo

El diseño del cuarto y pues es algo pequeño. practicamente sin opciones en la TV.

Great location, pleasant room
Pros:

Situated 5 minutes from the Zurich HB and 1 minute from a tram stop, this hotel is brilliantly situated for exploring the area. The hotel itself is very pleasant, a nice ambience, comfortable bed, good hot powerful shower, ok but limited breakfast. Dropped a star for very few power points in the room and it would get very hot in the summer and there’s no air conditioning (that I could see).

Fantastic and Central Hotel
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect. Being so close to the main train station, tram hub and shops/restaurants proved incredibly useful.

We were impressed with the size of the room and bed and more so that the tv had English channels for us to enjoy. There is no air con but having the windows open street-side was very noisy. We were relieved to find a tall fan in our room though to try and counter the heat issue and it was perfect.

The service when checking in was very welcoming. The only thing we felt could have improved the room for us would have been having a mini fridge but otherwise the specific room we were in served us well.

Lovely boutique hotel close to everything!
Pros:

Great location for walking the city. Comfortable bed. Nicely appointed boutique room — love the eclectic mix of furniture. Room was very clean. We opened the windows at night to enjoy the coolness. The restaurant was terrific.

Cons:

Our bad — we asked for a higher up level room. Ours had a dormer in a slanted ceiling. Problematic for my 6’2” husband but easy to pay attention to an not whack his head. The room was lovely. Just dont ask for top floor if you’re tall!!

Pros:

De tudo, principalmente a recepção que tivemos no hotel, o menino da recepção foi muito atencioso e super simpático com nós, ambiente muito limpo e arrumado, tudo perfeito!

Cons:

A cama do quarto era maravilhosa, não dava vontade nem de acordar de tão boa que era!

Pros:

Locate just a minute walk from train station, Central of city. Very convenient. Food, shops, tram easily accessible.

Cons:

No staff in reception in the morning. I checked out at 7am and needed to leave luggages in hotel but find nobody. End up found the staff in restaurant by the hotel to help.
