Very convenient and friendly boutique hotel.
Pros:

The staff were excellent and very friendly. House keeping was very good. Staff at breakfast very friendly. Excellent location. Charming boutique feel. Check out at noon.

Cons:

The room was small. It was difficult to negotiate 2 large suitcases. We were floor one and there was some noise into the night from the street below. As there is no aircon and it was very hot, we needed the window open to let cool air in.

Rooms need to be updated
Pros:

Conveniently close to the train station.

Cons:

No A/C, just a fan. The window can barely open, so no air flow. Of course it was during a heatwave, but not an excuse.
The room could use an upgrade to make it more comfortable.

This hotel was a great find,
Pros:

The staff went out of their way to be helpful in every way. We were treated as valued guests. The breakfasts were excellent and reasonably priced (excellent coffee). The location was convenient to the train station, but was close to restaurants in Old Town too.

Cons:

We arrived during a heat wave, and the lack of air conditioning was unpleasant.

Great location, loud place and is an above average place.
Pros:

Location is great and centrally located. Checkin was efficient and Estaban was nice to check us in early. The room had all the basic necessities,.

Cons:

However it was extremely hot and eventhough a fan was provided,we could not sleep comfortably. Added to that was the noise music, streetnoises, conversations etc till almost 2 pm that was not helpful and very distasteful.
