We stayed for one night upon arrival to Switzerland. Easy to get to from the airport/train and short walk made it a great location. Very friendly staff! Welcome drinks allowed time to chat and get recommendations. Room was nice, quiet, and though no A/C it was quite pleasant. Hot showers and comfy accommodations. We would highly recommend!

Great location. Right middle of everything…shopping, train and bus station… restaurants. Hotel room was cozy if not a bit crowded with antique furniture. No AC but a fan was adequate in late August. Nice bar/ restaurant downstairs serving breakfast.

Room far exceeded our expectations
Location is great right outside Zurich HB, which is very convenient. Easily walkable to the old town, the lake and everything you’d want to visit in city center.
Bed and pillows were maybe a little too soft for our liking but that’s a personal preference.

Отель явно устал и требует ремонта. Завтрак очень скудный и дорогой. Парковки своей нет. Цены за такой сервис запрелельные.
Ideally located close to the train station and easy walking to the old town, rivers and lake. Super helpful welcome, a kind upgrade and everything was just as detailed on the website. Would happily stay again.

No good fan , no air conditioning, weather was hot
Nice rooms that were decent sized for such a central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was NO AIR CONDITIONING, although provided 2 fans in my room. But in August it still led to me having poor sleep. I note this as it’s the first and only time I’ve stayed in a hotel in a major city that lacked A/C. Another downside is if you leave luggage behind, it’s kept in the open where often there is no hotel staff to ensure bags are secure. But other than these two nitpicks, it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend for most stays

Room 11 with no air con in August. Room is exposed to street, so with no air con, it’s either you sleep in a hot room or face the noise. Nothing you can do about trams, but a member of staff knocking at the entrance door at 1:55am and having a chat for 10mins is rather something you don’t want when you’re trying to sleep. Same about a member of staff knocking at a door next to yours to wake another room up early around 6am, there are alarms or phones which would be less disturbance for neighbouring guests.
Very little space in the room and to put clothes and luggage away, so ok for one night, will feel cramped for longer.
Small room but so convenient to the station and tram services to get around. Close to the old town to walk
Localização excelente! Muito proxima da estação de trem e boa pra passear a pe pela área central. Ter elevador também foi um diferencial pois estávamos com malas pesadas. Apesar dos pontos descritos abaixo, valeu a pena.
O café da manhã é um pouco restrito. Para ovos mexidos, o atendente me deu uma frigideirinha eletrica para eu mesma fazer, rs... Não que seja um problema, apenas não é tão prático, principalmente considerando o valor da diária.
