Disappointing
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great as it was only a short distance from our arrival at the train station. We had a warm welcome and a complimentary beer which was very refreshing after a long day of travelling. However we were not impressed with our room. We were sited right at the top of the hotel Room 62, which was one storey too high for the lift. A member of staff carried our suitcases up the very steep flight of stairs, but no such help was available on our departure. My husband is awaiting a hip replacement and so the stairs were difficult at any time. The air-conditioning worked but rattled so loudly that we had to turn it off. Someone had ob

Location, location, location.
Pros:

So close to Zurich HB train station, shopping and outdoor dining.

Cons:

Room decor was a bit dated and I wasn’t aware it is located on a pedestrian only street making luggage drop off stressful.

Excellent friendly hotel in a great location
Pros:

We have stayed here before. The hotel is very near the main station in Zurich. The room was lovely . Comfy bed, large towels, plenty of space, coffee machine and super clean. Plenty of plug points for charging phones, large wardrobe. Thoroughly recommend.

Pros:

Otelin konumu harika, Zurich HB istasyona çok yakın, Bahnhofstrasse üzerinde. Yürüyerek her yere ulaşılabiliyor. Aile odası çok geniş ve rahat. İçinde küçük bir mutfak olması özellikle çocuklu aileler için çok büyük avantaj. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve iyi hizmet veriyor. Resepsiyondaki Mr.Esteban her konuda çok yardımcı oldu.

Hôtel peu isolé, très bruyant. Par 30 degrés pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur lui aussi bruyant dans la chambre.

Pros:

Good location and clean room although very small and paper thin walls- we could hear the other guest sneezing and coughing which was not pleasant. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and gluten free well catered for. Staff pleasant and a warm welcome.

Hotel should have 5 stars.
Pros:

Breakfast was basic but delicious and fresh. The whole place had an old vibe but everything was so clean. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The lady on reception after 2 pm was extremely friendly and helpful with all our questions. Small lift was great to get our big bags to our room.
