Great location. Minutes from central station. Staff very friendly.
Location was great, short walk from train station, a few minutes from the river and old town. Property was clean, bed comfortable, all staff encountered were very friendly and helpful.
Room was quite small so found it difficult to move around especially with suitcases as there was nowhere to put them. Room was very warm and there was no fridge

Beautiful hotel located right beside Zurich train station. Really cozy hotel with old style/antique furniture - I loved the vibe of this hotel. Room was perfect no complaints, the toiletry selection was great and the fan actually kept the room cool. Also dealt with a really lovely receptionist, my boyfriend left his retainer behind and the lovely receptionist lady found it for us and helped get it shipped back. Will definitely come back here if staying in Zurich again!
Room was spacious. The blend of old with modern. They did have fans in the room as it was built seasonably hot. Esteban at front desk was great - he knew we were coming in early and he was able to save the room so that we could check in after our long international flight. He also recommended the Zürich city tour and it was fantastic. Quiet. Close to train station which is what we wanted.
Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel! Clean and comfortable with a cute mini kitchen in the Jr suite. Spacious for the 3 of is. Friendly and welcoming staff. A perfect location near the train station with outdoor restaurant seating to eat, drink, unwind, and people watch.
Great location in Zurich right near the train station. Good casual food from the restuarant downstairs. Thankful they provided a portable air con unit in our room as was 36 degrees outside. We had a double room which was very roomy and commfortable
Location was 10/10. The junior suite was spacious for Zurich hotel. It has a kitchenette and pretty much everything you need.
Superb location & room. Very close to the main train station & shops ... Extremely comfortable bed & breakfast was very good . Staff very helpful & friendly 😄

The location, room size and cleaning service
For the price I would have expected air conditioning. The heat at night made for an uncomfortable stay. Reception was largely un attended. There are better places for a similar price in the vicinity.

Easy access to train station and airport. Lovely staff. Good breakfast. Charming room.
Construction started very early AM right out window , and window has to be open since no AC. Could have used more rest.
