The breakfast was not very value for money. We decided to eat in Roots instead, but this didn't devalue our actual stay.

Location really can’t be beaten. Beside the Banhof . Close to major shopping and if you’ve got lots of CHF all the high end shops on the Bahnofstrasse. Small room but fine for a night or two. Small lobby. Friendly staff.

When arriving, luggage was not safely stored.
One plug in room was broken and gave electric shocks. I informed hotel, they never replied. This is fire safety, and worrying after what happened some weeks earlier when people died in Switzerland.
Perfect single night stay in Old Town. Wonderful host. Easy walk to/from the train. Lots of food + drink options close by. Excellent coffee shop.

the receptionist was very warm and helpful, the room is really nice especially the bed! the room and bathroom space is just right and location of hotel is very good! right across the train station and just walkable to old city. We will stay again when we get back to Zurich.
the Bathroom didn't have a drier for clothes.
Fantastic location and lovely boutique hotel very close to the main train station, central shopping area and restaurants. Check in staff were very helpful! Decent sized rooms, one of which had a little kitchenette which was very handy during our stay.
The bathrooms were a little small and dated but otherwise in good condition
