Maggie is an absolute treasure.
Pros:

Maggie at reception made our stay a five star experience. Her recommendations were all winners.The location was close to so many lovely cafes restaurants and sights. The terrace was appreciated because a room with fresh air is a gift.

Very nice two-night stay at this clean, modern, well-located hotel. Front desk staff very helpful.
Pros:

All of the front desk staff people were wonderful. Their English is excellent, they are very responsive and were able to help quickly with checking us in, loaning us umbrellas, helping secure taxis, turning on lights in the gym, etc.

Cons:

It would be nicer to have coffee in the room. Also, the treadmill in the gym is old and could use updating, but overall, the gym was nice. Also, the walls are thin so could hear movement above and next door. Fortunately the other guests were quiet.

Great place to stay in Barcelona
Pros:

Good location, helpful staff, modern interior. Should walk to the historic area and major stores.

Cons:

The interior was a “rabbit warren” to get to your room. I’d question if the standard of emergency exit signage meets the code. Corridors’ carpets need cleaning or replacement.

Quiet rooms in a safe neighbourhood
Pros:

A great experience, especially thanks to the welcoming, frendly and helpful staff. They really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the metro station, in a very safe and pleasant neighbourhood. Ciutadella Park is in walking distance.

The rooms are very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Hotel has a gym and the common area with a coffee and tea station that make the stay more comfortable. There is also a luggage room, which is very convenient if you arrive before check-in or need to leave your bags after checking out.
