Great, but you need to consider this in your next stay

ليست مرتي الأولى التي أنزل فيها في هذا الفندق. الحقيقة أن الطاقم متعاون للغاية وبشوش. المكان وسط كل شئ وبالقرب من ميدان تقسيم حيث محطة المترو. في كل مرة أقوم بزيارة الفندق لا أندم، لكن هذه المرة حصلت حادثة أثرت على تقييمي له.
This was not my first time staying at this hotel. In truth, the staff is extremely cooperative and welcoming. The location is central and close to Taksim Square, home to the metro station. Every time I visit the hotel, I do not regret it; however, this time an incident occurred that affected my overall evaluation of the property.

أودّ نقل تجربتي في هذا الفندق بكل أمانة وهي ليست المرة الأولى لي فيه. قدر الله أن يُكسر باب المروش أثناء استخدامي له، مما أدى إلى إصابتي بجرح في يدي ونزيف، وقد تم إسعافي في حينه. في اليوم التالي، فوجئت بطلب الفندق دفع تعويض عن الباب بقيمة 12,000 ليرة، برغم أنني أنا المتضررة من الحادث وبرغم أن الباب كُسر فجأة كونه قديماً ويصدر صوتاً مرتفعاً أثناء الفتح أو الإغلاق، وبرغم كَوْن مجرى الباب صدئاً بشكل ملحوظ، إلا أنني إضطررت بسبب وجودي في بلد غريب لدفع مبلغ يقارب 10000 ليرة تركية، وفي الحقية، لم أشعر بالعدل من طلب الفندق.
مازلت أفضل الفندق، لكنني مستاءة للغاية لأنهم حملوني تكللفة الباب كاملة برغم أنني المتضررة، وبرغم أنهم يعلمون بأن الباب متهالك ويحتاج إلى صيانة.
أوصي بشدة بتوثيق أي أضرار أو مظاهر تآكل أو احتياجات صيانة عبر تصوير فيديو، ومشاركته فوراً مع الفندق، مع توثيق عملية المشاركة حتى لا تتحمل التكلفة الكاملة لأخطاء لست مسؤولاً عنها
I want to share my honest experience at this hotel, and this was not my first stay there. Unfortunately, the shower door broke while I was using it, which caused a cut to my hand and bleeding. I was given first aid at the time. The following day, I was surprised when the hotel requested that I pay compensation for the door amounting to 12,000 TL, even though I was the one harmed in the incident. The door broke suddenly, and it was clearly old and made a loud noise when opened or closed, and the door track was visibly rusty. Nevertheless, because I was in a foreign country, I felt compelled to pay approximately 10,000 Turkish lira, though I see the hotel's decision is unfair.
I still prefer the hotel; however, I am extremely upset that I was made to bear the full cost of the door despite being the injured party and despite their knowledge that the door was worn out and in need of maintenance.

Pros:

У отеля удобное расположение, находится на знаменитой улице Истикляль — на этом плюсы заканчиваются! Фото номеров сильно не соответствуют действительности: вместо заявленных 28 м² мы получили максимум 18 м², так что при бронировании стоит учитывать этот момент.
Завтраки скромные и однообразные, но рядом множество уютных кафешек, так что это не стало большой проблемой. Уборка и вода в номер предоставляются по запросу. Персонал приветливый и старается помочь, но сам номер очень маленький, с кривыми стенами и углами, кривыми картинами — настоящий триггер для перфекциониста!
Мы вряд ли вернёмся сюда снова из-за ограниченного пространства и несоответствия ожиданиям.

Отель находится в удобном месте , на центральной улице Истикляль ,окна выходили на улицу , шума никакого небыло !
Спасибо большое персоналу отеля , отдельно двум парням ,которые работали на ресепшене , очень вежливые , и заботливые.
Заранее за все побеспокоились !
