A very special thank you to Adam and Islam. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their kindness and excellent service made a real difference.

We were completely satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the location was perfect, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.

Terrible. Not worth all of your money

The location of the hotel

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms . We expected both the rooms go be next to each other but they were both on different floors as a family it made it really hard for us as we would have to move from one room to another. One of the room door handles was very loose. Every time we pulled it , it would feel like it would fall off. Another reasin that makes this hotel bad is that one of the sockets were broken. They had told us that they will xall a trchnician to come and fix it the next morning, but that never happened.Also whilst moving from one room to another there were different Wi-Fi's which meant that we would have to connect to the WiFi when getting into each room. Another thing I didn't like is that when me and my family would enter the room there would be a really unpleasant smell . In the bathroom the shampoo dispenser and the shower room dispenser had mould on it .
The room lacked tissue boxes. Breakfast didn't have much variety, wasn't even that good and we had to pay to have an omelette . When we asked for more bread during breakfast they said that they had none left. Overall it's not worth the money I wouldn't recommend this to anyone .

The location is excellent on the main Istaklal Street and near the metro station.

Cons:

The breakfast was average, with mostly Arabic-style dishes. The hotel does not accept credit cards.

Pros:

Расположение на Истикляль👍 удобно для шопинга. Номера чистые. Сделали нам апгрейд номера без оплаты и позволили выехать на час позже. Персонал приветливый. Рекомендую к размещению.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie der Taksim-Platz sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Leider konnte mich die Sauberkeit des Hotels nicht überzeugen. Meine Bettdecke hatte bei der Ankunft einen Fleck und musste ausgetauscht werden. Der Austausch wirkte jedoch nicht besonders sorgfältig, da die Bettdecke lediglich in den Bezug gesteckt wurde, ohne diesen richtig zu verschließen.

Auch im Zimmer lag ein unangenehmer Geruch, weshalb wir dauerhaft lüften mussten. Positiv ist allerdings, dass die Klimaanlage einwandfrei funktioniert hat.

Die Handtücher wirkten ebenfalls nicht richtig sauber und hatten teilweise Flecken. Obwohl wir an der Rezeption mehrmals darum gebeten haben, täglich frische Handtücher sowie eine Zimmerreinigung zu erhalten, wurde dies trotz Zusage leider nicht umgesetzt.

Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen haben wir unseren Aufenthalt nach zwei Nächten beendet. Schade, denn die ausgezeichnete Lage hätte ansonsten viel Potenzial gehabt.
