Elevator: Stylotel is arranged over 2 buildings. The main building is where all the Stylorooms live. The Stylosuites chose to live on their own in the second building across the road above our brand new Aviation themed bar, The Sussex Arms. Both buildings have elevators but for some rooms you may still have some steps after exiting the elevator (blame the Victorians, not us). In the main building just over half the rooms have step-free access. The maximum you may need to climb stairs is one floor. Guests staying in the Stylosuites can use the elevator to/from the ground floor when the bar is open (normally 10:00-23:30 but subject to change due to Covid19). When the bar is closed guests must use the stairs to go up one floor (bypassing the bar) and use the elevator from then on.
Deposits: If you do not choose to pay the total cost of your booking online, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night will be charged on the day of booking. If a booking is canceled in line with the cancelation policy the deposit will be refunded within 10 working days. Please note that all charges and refunds are made in British Pounds and if you use a card that is in a different currency the amount you pay may be slightly different from the amount you get back depending on the currency exchange rates at the time the transactions are processed.
Groups: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Groups of school children under 17 years old are not accepted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Staff were excellent, so very helpful with everything. Room was spacious, beds comfortable. Location superb.
Only a small observation but the sink area in bathroom requires some maintenance.

My stay was launched successfully from the start, mostly because of Andreas. He is informative and friendly and helpful and just laid the groundwork for a great beginning to my short stay in London. All front-of-desk are lovely and accommodating people. I wanted something near Paddington Station this time, and it is! Just a couple minutes walk, which made my entrance and exodus very convenient.
Great neighborhood too, with plenty of places to eat and drink... and the complimentary drink at a pub around the corner is an amenable way to enter the area! The place is very tidy and modern, and though the rooms are indeed small, they are well situated, so I had a place to get things out of my way. I don't know for sure about 2 people staying in the room I had though, but for one, it was good. The breakfast area and the staff are wonderful and they are on it... the breakfast has something for everyone, the coffee is great, and this amenity helps to offset the generally small rooms. There's also a small fridge and an electric pot and ability to have coffee or tea in your room, and that's always available in the lobby as well.
Couple of things to note - Europeans for some reason are not uniformly big on face cloths, so bring your own. The hot water here really works, but it does surge, so beware while in the shower.
I ran into several people who obviously are return guests. I get it. Lovely area, just far enough off the main Paddington Station area that it's quiet, and they are very accommodating.
I mean... face cloths. The pillows may be a little in need of replacement... some are lumpy, some are flat. But I appreciated having 4 of them!

Für eine Großstadt wie London extrem ruhiges Zimmer, Frühstück war typisch aber gut, auch für Kontinentaleuropäer,
Rezeption war 24 pro Tag besetzt, sehr hilfsbereit. Tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt am Hyde Park.
Dusche / Toilette im ZImmer, aber sehr sehr klein.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti ma la camera è stata rifatta solo una volta. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi il cambio di asciugamani perché non è stato fatto dí default.

La posizione è strategica, vicinissima alla stazione di Paddington e fermate del bus. In zona molti negozi. Personale cordiale.
Pub sotto alle camere e l’affaccio sulla strada sono rumorosi. Camere non insonorizzate. Divano-letto rigidissimo. Le finestre non si aprono.
