Elevator: Stylotel is arranged over 2 buildings. The main building is where all the Stylorooms live. The Stylosuites chose to live on their own in the second building across the road above our brand new Aviation themed bar, The Sussex Arms. Both buildings have elevators but for some rooms you may still have some steps after exiting the elevator (blame the Victorians, not us). In the main building just over half the rooms have step-free access. The maximum you may need to climb stairs is one floor. Guests staying in the Stylosuites can use the elevator to/from the ground floor when the bar is open (normally 10:00-23:30 but subject to change due to Covid19). When the bar is closed guests must use the stairs to go up one floor (bypassing the bar) and use the elevator from then on.
Deposits: If you do not choose to pay the total cost of your booking online, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night will be charged on the day of booking. If a booking is canceled in line with the cancelation policy the deposit will be refunded within 10 working days. Please note that all charges and refunds are made in British Pounds and if you use a card that is in a different currency the amount you pay may be slightly different from the amount you get back depending on the currency exchange rates at the time the transactions are processed.
Groups: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Groups of school children under 17 years old are not accepted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Lovely hotel, situated close to Hyde Park and Paddington station. Perfect for events in Hyde Park. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely cooked breakfast.
Paddington sijaintina on todella hyvä, koska siitä on helppo kulkea metroilla minne tahansa. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Kolmen hengen huone oli hyvä. Huoneessa oli pieni keittiökin (ei käytetty) ja kohtalaisen kookas jääkaappi. Ilmastointi oli erittäin miellyttävä, mistään suunnasta ei tuntunut tulevan puhallusta, mutta huone oli silti viileä. Sängyt olivat leveät.
Hinta oli kyllä kovin kallis, mutta näin taitaa alueella yleisestikin olla. Keittiön eräs kaappi oli rikki eikä mennyt kiinni kunnolla. Jos hinta olisi ollut halvempi niin antaisin oikein hyvät pisteet verrattuna muihin alueen hotelleihin, mutta ~400€/yöltä hinnalla saa mielestäni odottaa jotain vielä paljon parempaa. Ehkä kolmen hengen huone oli syynä kalliiseen hintaan?

Good location, staff pleasant and helpful and substantial breakfast provided.
Room shabby and too small for three beds. Had to move bedside table to be able to open the bathroom door.
Well positioned hotel - a little quirkier than most. Room was tiny with a caravan type bathroom, but manageable. It's a ll pretty basic, but you get what you pay for.

room was really nice, not large but was well planned out and with good air conditioning. We slept well with no disturbances even though it was the hottest day in June. A free drink each for their pub around the corner was a nice addition also.
breakfast was good for me but not so great for my partner who is a vegetarian. Eggs tend to be scrambled for help yourself style continental breakfasts but in this case fried eggs were provided so scrambled eggs on toast option was not there for her. Maybe an option if we had asked but we chose not to . Not a massive issue for me but you did ask what we did not like :)
The staff could not have been more helpful and sorted out at taxi back to coach station and the breakfast was lovely and so we're the ladies in the breakfast restaurant
The room was air conditioned, which was a must when it reached 35 degrees outside.
There was a fridge with drinks and snacks in the hotel reception which was very cheap considering its location.
Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly and helpful.
The coffee facilities weren't refreshed in the room and the bedding had a few stains on it - possibly iron stains as it looked burnt.
The room was also rather small but suited our needs.

Flat pillows, mark on bedsheet, toothpaste on inside of bathroom door, hook in bathroom loose, some switches did not work, Tv connection could be improved.

Excellent staff, all very friendly especially the man on reception. Air conditioning in the room was greatly appreciated. Well priced drinks available to buy and complimentary hot drinks in reception area was a bonus.

Dark and oppressive strangely designed rooms, like a cross between a prison cell and a space station. Slight musty smell. Awful lumpy pillows. Shower too small
Unicamente la posizione vicinissima alla metropolitana
La pulizia è la rumorosità della camera, oltre al bagno piccolissimo come quello di una cabina. Una foglia sul pavimento è rimasta per tutta la settimana a terra e, nonostante avessimo chiesto il cambio delle lenzuola sudicie del letto singolo, queste non state mai cambiate. Colazione terribile!!!!!!
