Important information:

Elevator: Stylotel is arranged over 2 buildings. The main building is where all the Stylorooms live. The Stylosuites chose to live on their own in the second building across the road above our brand new Aviation themed bar, The Sussex Arms. Both buildings have elevators but for some rooms you may still have some steps after exiting the elevator (blame the Victorians, not us). In the main building just over half the rooms have step-free access. The maximum you may need to climb stairs is one floor. Guests staying in the Stylosuites can use the elevator to/from the ground floor when the bar is open (normally 10:00-23:30 but subject to change due to Covid19). When the bar is closed guests must use the stairs to go up one floor (bypassing the bar) and use the elevator from then on.

Deposits: If you do not choose to pay the total cost of your booking online, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night will be charged on the day of booking. If a booking is canceled in line with the cancelation policy the deposit will be refunded within 10 working days. Please note that all charges and refunds are made in British Pounds and if you use a card that is in a different currency the amount you pay may be slightly different from the amount you get back depending on the currency exchange rates at the time the transactions are processed.

Groups: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Groups of school children under 17 years old are not accepted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Breakfast was lovely and the staff were helpful and very nice. Location is round the corner from Paddington so very convenient.

Cons:

A bit noisy but the main problem is that our room caught all the smells from kitchen when they were making the breakfast even though we were at the fourth floor.

Particularly warm welcome when I arrived late at night and everything suited my needs very well.

The staff were attentive and there was plenty of choice and quantity of breakfast items

Cons:

Not much to fault - the hot drinks maybe a little below par because tea bag tea at one cup at a time is not as pleasant as having a hot teapot that is easier for re-fills - this is only a minor thing tho'!

Ήταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία , το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο ούτε άνετο αλλά κάλυπτε τις ανάγκες μας στο μέγιστο . Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ ωραίο με μεγάλη ποικιλία και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό .

Pros:

The price in combination with location and the fact that includes breakfast. Also, for a family with two children the room was big enough. One point that I also want to mention is that we've got some beer and juice from the house in one of their pubs
