Important information:

Elevator: Stylotel is arranged over 2 buildings. The main building is where all the Stylorooms live. The Stylosuites chose to live on their own in the second building across the road above our brand new Aviation themed bar, The Sussex Arms. Both buildings have elevators but for some rooms you may still have some steps after exiting the elevator (blame the Victorians, not us). In the main building just over half the rooms have step-free access. The maximum you may need to climb stairs is one floor. Guests staying in the Stylosuites can use the elevator to/from the ground floor when the bar is open (normally 10:00-23:30 but subject to change due to Covid19). When the bar is closed guests must use the stairs to go up one floor (bypassing the bar) and use the elevator from then on.

Deposits: If you do not choose to pay the total cost of your booking online, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night will be charged on the day of booking. If a booking is canceled in line with the cancelation policy the deposit will be refunded within 10 working days. Please note that all charges and refunds are made in British Pounds and if you use a card that is in a different currency the amount you pay may be slightly different from the amount you get back depending on the currency exchange rates at the time the transactions are processed.

Groups: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Groups of school children under 17 years old are not accepted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Super hôtel, je recommande!
Pros:

Hôtel trop sympa, très bien situé, proche des métros et nombreux commerces et restos aux alentours, personnel super sympathique, breakfast très bon sous forme de buffet ( œufs, bacon, saucisses, beans, toasts, pains au lait, yaourts, fruits, café, jus, etc) servi dans des salles lumineuses et agréables, il y a de la place pour tous, tout le monde est super gentil et attentionné, déjà venus l’an dernier, nous reviendrons l’an prochain!! ( et possibilité de laisser les bagages avant le check in dans un espace sécurisé)

Cons:

Rien, s’il faut trouver un bémol je dirais l’étroitesse de la salle de bain vraiment minuscule et le parquet qui grince…!

Pros:

A localização era muito boa! Super central, perto de vários autocarros e da estação de metro de paddington. O pequeno almoço era simples mas suficiente, o quarto estava limpo e tinha o necessário. Todos os funcionários eram super simpáticos e ainda tivemos direito a uma bebida por pessoa no pub perto do hotel.

Cons:

A única coisa que não gostamos foram as paredes do quarto 😂 eram de metal e tornavam o quarto um pouco claustrofobico.
