Important information:

Elevator: Stylotel is arranged over 2 buildings. The main building is where all the Stylorooms live. The Stylosuites chose to live on their own in the second building across the road above our brand new Aviation themed bar, The Sussex Arms. Both buildings have elevators but for some rooms you may still have some steps after exiting the elevator (blame the Victorians, not us). In the main building just over half the rooms have step-free access. The maximum you may need to climb stairs is one floor. Guests staying in the Stylosuites can use the elevator to/from the ground floor when the bar is open (normally 10:00-23:30 but subject to change due to Covid19). When the bar is closed guests must use the stairs to go up one floor (bypassing the bar) and use the elevator from then on.

Deposits: If you do not choose to pay the total cost of your booking online, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night will be charged on the day of booking. If a booking is canceled in line with the cancelation policy the deposit will be refunded within 10 working days. Please note that all charges and refunds are made in British Pounds and if you use a card that is in a different currency the amount you pay may be slightly different from the amount you get back depending on the currency exchange rates at the time the transactions are processed.

Groups: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Groups of school children under 17 years old are not accepted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Very impressed with the whole experience. Comfortable rooms and quiet considering the convenient location for London Paddington. Not far from the Grand Union Canal. Surrounded by a host of restaurants in easy distance. Great breakfast here too! Everything you need before an exciting day.

Pros:

La habitación bastante pequeña, pero por la ubicación y el precio tratándose de Londres creo que está bien, el personal muy amable y ayudan con tours, rutas o lo que se necesite, tienen café, té, agua a disposición todo el día. Nos guardaron las maletas después del check out.

Small boutique hotel with free hot breakfast in safe area close to transport, bars/restaurants.
Pros:

1. Location! Paddington Rail/Underground Station was a mere 5 minute walk, as were many restaurants and bars.
2. Friendly Staff! Special acknowledgement and thanks to:
>Hotel manager, Andreas. At check-in, he provided me a map with marked locations of recommended eateries & attractions. Thereafter, acting as concierge, booked a theater ticket for a preferred seat to the hit comedy play, "Oh, Mary!", to which he had seen & highly recommended; I concur!
>Elaine, the restaurant supervisor for serving a delicious English breakfast and maintaining a clean, attractive space.
3. Complimentary 24hr coffee/tea bar with seating near the lobby as well as a kettle with coffee/tea in-room.
4. AC system.

Cons:

1. The small sized bathroom, including the walk-in shower space, which had a circular rail shower curtain and a shower wand, too small/cramped for a large sized person.
2. There was a small ottoman for sitting at the desk; a seat back chair would have been more comfortable (if space allowed for a small sized room).

Furthermore, the interior of the property did not reflect the standards or ambiance typically expected from a hotel. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not justify the price paid. It was not good value for money, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this property to others.

Colazione, prevalentemente tipica londinese con wurstel, uova, bacon, fagioli, ecc...Per gli amanti del dolxe, solo briosce confezionate e piccoli cornetti di mediocre fattura. Disponibile comunque marmellata e nutella.

Stanze piccole con bagni davvero minuscoli! Mancanza di mobili per appoggiare valigie o per disfarle.

No hot water is unacceptable and no offer of compensation.
Pros:

Good location. Room was clean and breakfast good.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the shower on the 2nd day. The staff said it had to be reset but there was only one person who could do this. Unfortunately that person wasn’t there. Person was on there way and would be there soon. However the reset would take 30 minutes after they arrived. No other facilities were available. We were in a hurry to get our train so this was very inconvenient.

Classy little hotel, reasonably priced
