Loved our stay and will definitely stay again
Pros:

Everything! Right near the train station, loved the rooms, the bathrooms are clean, beautiful fireplace. Staff went above and beyond to have us included in the Xmas in July function.

Cons:

Did not realize communal bathroom . Would not have booked. Price too expensive for what it was.

Disappointed
Pros:

The staff where nice and helpful .

Cons:

It was noisy. The room attendance where talking loud in the corridor. There was alot of banging coming from under our room. The guests where noisy in the corridor talking and laughing .

The rest of the staff and stay were and was amazing
Pros:

Great pub, fun labyrinth style, loved the ceiling engravings.

Cons:

One older male wait staff wearing glasses, was terribly rude and abruptly told us that our service dogs were not allowed in the pub. After explaining that they were actually as it would be discrimination, he was then continually rude to my husband.
