Bathroom should be cleaner.
The room smell bad and the floor alot of dust
Reception and housekeeping staff were friendly. Room was large and clean enough. Aircon and TV was working good. Plenty local and international channels. Internet was fast and available all the time I was in the room. I can pay with credit card. Near the ferry terminal, old town and seaside boulevard. Almost half the price of another hotel nearby.
Some facilities in the bathroom was old and was not maintained or repair. The pipe under the sink was leaking, a tap was dripping. Despite these, the bathroom is quite clean. I stayed 1 night.But if I were to stay for more than 3 days, I probably will not accept these conditions.
There is a smaller wing nearby, which is a older building. I see some ratherbad reviews, maybe those are for the older wing. For my stay in a newer wing, I wouldn't mind coming back again for a short stay if I'm in TANJUNG PINANG.

Dirty, we had to ask for a new pair of bedsheets.
Beds are very old and too soft.
Noisy A/C and too cold (we set it up at 26 !).
Even after switching it off in the middle of the night, we could hear the one from next door.
Dirty bathroom, no shampoo, no hot water, no toilet paper (we had to ask for the latest).
Close to Central just walking distance. Easy to find. The room and bed quite big. Just the building self need to refresh otherwise all good.
