Unexpected and unfair hidden bedding charges made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing.
Pros:

Location and Hotel rooms are clean.

Very disappointing experience at Hotel Mayas.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com for my friend’s stay after marriage. During check-in, they were unexpectedly asked to pay INR 2000 for bedsheets and bedding materials. No extra bedding was requested, there was no damage or permanent stain, and no such policy was mentioned during booking or check-in.

The next day again they were asked to pay INR 2000 without any proper explanation.

This felt very uncomfortable and unfair. Married couples staying in a hotel should not be made to feel embarrassed or charged based on assumptions. In most hotels, normal usage of the room and bedding is included in the room tariff.

If the hotel has such a policy, it should be clearly communicated before booking. Otherwise, collecting additional money like this is unacceptable.

I request the hotel to clearly explain this policy and refund the amount charged.

I was Paid money around 15100. But totally not worth. They don’t provide the free breakfast also .
Pros:

Only they provide the hot water in 24 hours

Cons:

I was stay in 2 night with my family and two kids one daughter 15 years old and one more 10 year old I was paid 15100 rs but totally not worth this hotel . when I book the emoji show one double bet and two single bed . But they provide only double bed and one extra bed.
No more USP point for charging , tv also very old only
