Pros:

J'ai vraiment apprécié cet hôtel, son personnel et son emplacement à côté du marché d' Orussey.
Vraiment un bon rapport qualité-prix et très calme la nuit.
Les chambres ont une belle vue sur la ville la piscine est sympa.

All of the staff are friendly and helpful.
Good central location for the city.

This hotel has the potential of having excellant ratings. Small but very frustrating issues continue..

The previous hot water problems may have been resolved. The excessively loud music at the pool may have now been resolved.

Other issues noted below.

Cons:

My wife and I stay often, the location suits us but our criticism is always the same.....poor maintenance.

*Water dripped from the ceiling air-conditioned during the night. A large towel was placed on the floor to catch the drips and was very wet in the morning.

*The bathroom shower has grout missing around the inside of the shower stall floor tile.

*The shower wall tile has black mould in the grout.

*The reception toilet for guests, male side, has an automatic tap in the hand basin that did not work during my visit.

*The elevation priority programming needs attention. During peak times the upper floors get priority. Multiple guests can queue on lower floors and the elevator does not arrive for 5 to 8 minutes bypassing lower floors.

Excellent value in Phnom Penh.
Pros:

Excellent location. Wonderful staff. Great views from the roof. Kuy teav for breakfast in addition to eggs etc. Nice shower.

Cons:

Hard to say that there was anything lacking here. Great value.

Great hotel stay in the middle of the City
Pros:

Good location, great staff and amenities included in price.

Only downside is that bath towels are small and not all channels on the TV worked well. Others yes I would stop here again, un beatable at this price.

Merci, c'était parfait
Pros:

la gentillesse, la symphatie et le sourire de toutes les personnes qui travaillent dans cet hôtel et qui donnent un supplément d'âme à ce lieu. Et plus prosaïquement, les chambres sont agréables, propres, et spacieuses.
En plus j'ai pu profiter de deux chambres différentes, car j'ai du prolonger mon séjour et donc j'ai du réserver une autre chambre.
Et pour finir, j'ai aussi profiter et de la piscine avec une superbe vue, et de la salle de sport, certes modeste mais largement suffisant pour mes exercices quotidien.

Cons:

peut-être juste le petit déjeuner. Je ne mange pas salé le matin alors le choix était plus restreint pour ceux qui comme moi aiment avoir du choix en viennoiseries, en fruits ou en laitage
