If you need a room just to rest. Budget room.
Pros:

Stayed in Room 1 & 2 for 2 nights. I would say the room is value for money and worth the amount paid for. Just note that the mattress and pillows are hard and not my preferred choice. Do remember to bring your own toiletries.
Location wise, it 5/5. 5 minutes walk to the waterfront, and minutes walk to nearby popular eateries.
Although it was said that the rooms can get noisy due to the clubs downstairs, i actually couldn't hear it during my stay.
Overall, it is a place comparable to what your paid for :)

Noisy...
Pros:

Air con was great and location (with free parking and good local food next door and nearby) were ideal. The room however lived up to its name of being very noisy at night! From 9.30pm - 3am there was live music and from what we could hear, the band wasn't great! Our first night we slept well though as the bar below is shut on Mondays! Overall though, reasonable value for money as the room was pretty big and the private toilet and shower were good. The owner has great intentions of providing low cost accommodation with the potential to improve sound proofing in the future. Best advice, bring ear plugs and/or stay on a Monday night!

Pros:

I came to this hotel from a hostel that had karaoke every night outside that was way louder than the band they have playing downstairs next door, so I didn't find it too noisy, but may not be the best judge. There is no staff for the most part, so don't lock yourself out... A lot of concrete. Otherwise very basic room.

Great location.
Pros:

Stayed on Monday (the bar downstairs was closed) so the hotel did not live up to its Noisy Room name. Great.
