This was rather cheap accommodation and staff did everything to make this a comfortable stay. Room was fairly clean and breakfast ok.
The construction work right beside the hotel was awful. Also the the view from window is straight to the construction area. Hotel is fairly old and worned out, but of course the price was cheap.

Le ventilateur etait trop bruant car ma famille n’aime pas la clim., je n’avais pas dormi.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The location was close to food outlets and tour agents.
Very little English spoken by desk staff and no help with tours or information on what to see or how to get around. No map or direction at all. - you are on your own there.
The whole area in front and around the hotel is a construction site.
The hotel would have been lovely 50 years ago.
The staff was incredible. They ensured we had a booking for our bus the next morning and dropped us off at the bus location after breakfast. Breakfast was quite extravagant with very beautiful views. The roof top pool wasn’t very fancy but had a great view and was everything you could need.

The ocean is right in my eyes . all services around 100 m . beach , bar , restaurant ... we impressed staff and the lovely bed .

This was a lovely hotel with helpful staff that have great English. My only (minor) complaint is that the complimentary breakfast is fairly mediocre, especially compared to other hotels you'll find in Vietnam. Overall though, an excellent stay.
