This place should not be listed as guest accommodation. The unit is a converted guard room with no privacy, despite the listing claiming otherwise. There was no water at all, making basic hygiene impossible. The toilet/shower door did not close at all and that caused unpleasant odors to spread into the kitchen and living area.
The environment was deeply unsettling, we heard constant movements at night that sounded like rats and the unit was full of creepy insects making it impossible to relax or sleep.
There is no proper parking, vehicles drive straight past the unit and guests are exposed at all times.

After we reported about our concern regarding our safety, we tried several times to get a refund because the place was not suitable and not as advertised. The property refused to give a refund and did not offer any solution.

Cons:

The bed is in a very bad state. The fridge was so dirty we couldn't put our food in it. There was spiderwebs in the shower. The place needs to be properly cleaned. Not the money worth that you pay.

Stayed in run down Unit 1. Poor General maintenance, toilet door could not close. Shower very poor with tiny water streams spraying in all directions except down. Unit not a proper room but looks like it was an old converted guard house for access drive way onto the property, so you have no privacy as any vehicles driving onto the property drive right past your front door. Room has no outdoor balcony or sitting area. If you sit outside your door you are on the access drive thru road where everyone enters the property. Access road poor condition, grass not mowed for long time and scraped beneath vehicle and into front grill, recommend you need 4x4 vehicle to drive on rocky access road.

This resort is a true hidden gem. Waking up to the sound of birdsong and breathing in the fresh air was simply magical. The room was cozy with breathtaking views. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. Whether hiking the scenic trails or enjoying a delightful local meal, every moment was pure bliss. It's the perfect escape from the city hustle—a serene paradise we can't wait to return to.

Enjoyed the peaceful nature, breathing nature's air away from the noise and traffic and admiring the mountain view.

This place was home away from home, and even the gentleman by the name of Michael was very warm and welcoming.


I am looking forward to making a future booking for my entire family as he had helped us view the 3 bedroom house.

De locatie, het was proper in de mate van het mogelijke gezien de ouderdom.

Cons:

Het appartement is zeer verouderd, heeft geen isolatie dus de temperatuur binnen is de temperatuur buiten. Er staat een elektrisch vuurtje maar door de afwezigheid van isolatie geraakt de ruimte niet opgewarmd. Het elektrische dekentje in bed was stuk. Bovendien was er geen stromend water uit de douche (de bijgevoede foto van de douche is met de kraan open) en een minimale straal uit de keuken kraan. Wassen en tandenpoetsen was onmogelijk.

Wij hadden er een ijskoude nacht, geen douche en ontbijten in zo een koude omgeving hebben we ook niet gedaan. Wakker geworden en meteen weer vertrokken. Het feit dat er faciliteiten beschreven staan die er niet zijn kan je enkel omschrijven als oplichterij. Na contact met de klantenservice geen akkoord te vinden met de eigenaar.
