Pleasant, but lacking
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the rooms well equipped. The bathrooms were very roomy and beds comfortable. Breakfast had the best coffee I had in ages.

Cons:

The place needs maintenance and a revamp. The water pressure in the shower was VERY poor. The fridge in the room made a terrible noise so we had to unplug it to sleep. The breakfast was mediocre. I expected more for the amount spent to stay here.

Pros:

Generally, the hotel is good. However, focusing on detail and the experience of the guests will make a difference. Staff need to be trained not to just work, but to host the visitors, to really exercise to look after their comfort. I found the restaurant lacking attention to the customer and their needs. Slow service and inattentiveness.

Cons:

Generally, it was acceptable. However, to improve the experience, please upgrade the bathrooms, ensure that the toilets are fixed and working properly, that there are enough carpets, that there are toiletries available and that the equipment is actually working. The bathrooms lack warmth and comfort.

Super Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und perfekt für einen Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise. Die Angestellten sind sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen! :)

The room and service at the restaurant the guy that helped us kept rushing us and even when I asked him to pack up my food he never returned my food

I like that the property was able to accommodate my partner and our two young children. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was good.

Cons:

When we arrived the room/apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. We raised this and it was subsequently cleaned, but the expectation is that room should always be cleaned and neat upon check-in.
