Dejlig velduftende og rent hotel
Pros:

Sød receptionist høj grad af service
Super dejlig mad laver med gode råvarer
Dyr vin 165 kr for et meget lille glas hvidvin er trods alt for dyrt

Cons:

Lidt øv service under middagen
Vinen måtte vi vente på da den ikke var kølet ned men en ellers sød tjener

Lovely setting but…
Pros:

The hotel location is majestic by the North Sea. This is what you are paying for as the rest of the experience is, unfortunately, not commensurate with the high prices. The hotel is in need of refurbishing. Our room, a "suite", had a small, basic bathroom with a mini-shower with a flimsy nylon curtain--student hostel-style. The carpet was badly stained. We came for the peace and quiet but it was a noisy room with clanging sounds late into the night and then very early again in the morning. Maid service entailed changing towels but not making the bed! Dining room is pretty and the food is good but service, while friendly, is slow. Very long waits between courses and you must get up from the table and find your server to remind them to bring the wine before the meal is over. (Dined two nights and it happened both times.) Overall, a memorable setting but prices are unfair. Too bad, because this could be a real gem one day.

Schöne Lage, schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Tolle Terrasse mit einem atemberaubenden Blick!

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr unmotiviert, grundsätzlich waren sie unterbesetzt, sodass es beim Frühstück keine Extras gab. Das Essen hat lange gedauert, war ganz gut, aber nicht sehr gut. Die Zimmerausstattung ist auch ok, aber für den Preis leider gar nicht gerechtfertigt.

Charmantes Hotel direkt am Meer

Unbeschreiblich schöne Lage. Zauberhafte Einrichtung

Cons:

Das erste Mal fragte uns das junge Mädchen an der Rezeption, ob sie uns helfen könnte. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei unserem zweiten Besuch beachtete uns der junge Mann an der Rezeption kaum, bat keine Hilfe an. Nicht einmal als wir nach und nach unser Gepäck reinbrachten, welches wir dann selber vor seinen Augen Stück für Stück über die Treppe in den ersten Stock brachten.

Very intimate, comfortable and personal hotel with beautiful views.
Pros:

Lovely location and views and excellent breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

Our room felt a little small and unfortunately we had young very loud children in the adjoining room but it was clean and comfortable and quiet at night whilst we slept.

Pros:

Had lunch here during my sistsers 30th birthday, you’ll get better service on mc Donald’s and felt like the staff didn’t want us there and this for hyggliga priset av 2000 dkr. Location is beautiful tho probs only thing keeping this boat afloat.

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die jedoch für den erhobenen Preis noch etwas tun muss

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Schöne Lage direkt am Meer.

Cons:

Sehr sehr hellhörig, in einer Nacht fühlte ich mich wie in einem Hostel.
Das Personal (hauptsächlich Jugendliche Aushilfen) ist nicht geschult, langsam, ungeordnet… überhaupt nicht angemessen an die Preise im Restaurant.
Der geworbene Privatstrand sind Liegen im Garten, ohne direkten Zugang zum Meer (man muss ganz gewöhnlich über die Treppen runter zum Sandstrand laufen um ins Meer zu gehen).

Breakfast was a traditional Danish spread of bread cheese egg sweets yogurt juice coffee

Cons:

Overall maintenance was lacking and needs a refresh of the common areas, indoor and outdoors, on the property. Rooms need new carpet and deep cleaning of tile in bathroom shower areas. Not as expected from a “luxury” boutique hotel that gets so much recognition as being in such a fancy area. A shame to not take more pride in representing a traditional Danish beach hotel and its low key luxury.
