Pros:

ボートレース場が見えて、海と電光掲示板と、すごく素敵でした。
お風呂は広いし、サウナもあって、このお値段で大浴場とサウナ付きはすごいです。

Cons:

10階だったせいか、結婚式？宴会？１２階の宴会の声が21時過ぎまで聞こえて、びっくりしました。
