金泉が、とても良かったです。老舗旅館なので
華美なところはありませんが、清潔で静かで落ち着いています。歴代この温泉を愛しておられるのだと思うものがあり、良い温泉なのだとより感じることができました。日帰りでもここの温泉は、多くの人に入ってもらいたいです。中居さんのお食事スタイルは、久しぶりで、会話も弾みとても良かったです。

丁寧なサービスでした。お食事もおいしかったです。

施設の設備が老朽化している。
部屋にヘアドライヤーがありませんでした。
布団が身長に合わず短かった。
外国からの。旅行者にとって。湯桶税は前もって知りませんでした。
サービスはとても親切でよかった。
館内装飾はとても。風情があって美しかった。

温泉を堪能させていただきました。
食事も会席で十分、追加なしで私達には満足でした。
またお邪魔致します。

Staying at this ryokan was an incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a valued guest, providing warm and attentive service. The traditional tatami room was immaculate, with beautiful decor that created a peaceful atmosphere and views overlooking the mountain landscape. The highlight was undoubtedly the onsen—spending time in the hot springs, surrounded by nature, was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The ryokan’s attention to detail, from the thoughtful amenities to the calming ambiance, made my stay truly special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Japanese retreat!

お料理が楽しみで宿泊するので、特別お料理が美味しいなど、特別感がなかったので普通な感じでした。
お風呂は金泉・銀泉が楽しめました!!

昭和からの時代を感じられる心地よい空間を提供している。設備も充実しており、従業員も対応がとても丁寧でした。夕食の懐石料理はおいしく日本らしい印象でした。

建物は古いが、スタッフの皆さんの対応が親切であった。

朝晩、お部屋食でゆっくり過ごせました。旅館の方も親切で、心地よく過ごすことができました。

老舗旅館と知っていたので設備等は古いけど、きれいに整理整頓されていて良かったです、散策にも立地条件はバッチリ！朝食もいい感じで良かったです！

all the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The thing i did notice is worn out carpet in the hallways. Aside from that, the facilities were excellent. Room was well kept and clean, there were way more items provided than i needed for sleeping and in room amenities.

古い旅館だけど、掃除が行き届いていて、綺麗で楽しい旅行になりました。

温泉、お料理　良かったです。

エアコンが古すぎて、温度設定が出来ず、暑かったです。。
トイレのウォシュレットも
なかったので、あると嬉しいです。

センス良く、生花もきちんと飾ってあり、ステキでした。

お風呂は良かった。端の501に泊まったらWiFiが繋がらなかった。

施設のスタッフさんの対応がとても親切でよかったです。質問にも丁寧に答えてくださりました。平日宿泊でしたが、朝晩とゆっくり温泉にも入らして頂き、とても落ちついて心身を休めることができました。

気持ちの良い接客でした。旅館の外でお会いした時も気持ちの良い挨拶をしてくれ、前日聞いた店の様子も気にかけてくれて嬉しかったです。
温泉も良かったし。余すとこなく宿の説明もしていただき、少しも不満がありませんでした。
食事なしプランを予約しましたが、食事したかったと思いました。

This ryokan is located within arima onsen and is in a prime location. I only stayed and did not have the dinner or breakfast so I am unable to say anything about the food. As for the room, its the typical ryokan style hotel with traditional Japanese rooms which means futons. However, they were perfectly comfortable and the room was clean. However, I was slightly surprised that they didn't have as many bathroom amenities as I would have expected from a typical Japanese ryokan. As for the onsen on site, it was perfectly fine and was very relaxing. It does seem to have the qualities of arima onsen waters so I believe everyone will be satisfied with the experience. Furthermore, its a private onsen so you only have to share with hotel guests. Overall, a nice ryokan to enjoy the majestic arima waters.
