Information for the person who had the room broke is was still in the kitchen, the dishwasher still had dishes in it. No packet with the parking passes for our stay was provided.

Pros:

When we first arrived I was impressed on how clean I thought everything was. But things changed. There was hair in the bathtub and we had a roach problem in the kitchen. We brought it to the management attention and she was apologetic and said she will call pest control. Pest control came out and set traps but needless to say it didn't help the roach problem in the kitchen . We tried to find a new place to stay but they were all booked. We were there 6 nights and 7 days and had roaches in the oven and kitchen the whole time. Me and my family will not be staying here on our vacation next year.

Unbelievable "bang for the buck"! My wife and I along with our three kids stayed here for 5 days and loved every minute of it. Just a walk across the street from the beach and within walking distance from shops and the pier. Very clean and spacious rooms. The kids loved the pool, put put, and playground. For the price I paid I could not ask for anything more. We will definitely be coming back.

If you are looking for a condo on a reasonable budget this is it. Yes it don't have the most updated couches, chairs and dressers but who really cares about that YOUR ON VACATION not sitting in the room all day. All in all I give it a thumbs up. Beds were comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer which is more convenient than you think. Close to the beach. Grocery/Liquor store next store with restaurant. Very happy with our stay here all in all.

Pros:

My family and I enjoyed staying at Village by the Gulf this weekend. The room was absolutely immaculate! The cleanest room I may have ever stayed in. Very friendly staff. Easy walk to the beach.
