Cons:

Há um supermercado na frente com um gerador que funciona a noite toda e que ultrapassa qualquer nível de decibéis aprovado em qualquer Lei. Hotel deveria tomar providências e não se acomodar. É tipo dormir ao lado de um avião a jato decolando. Verdadeiro absurdo.

O local, o atendimento, foi ótimo. Me arrependo de não ter escolhido um quarto melhor.

Cons:

Realmente não gostei muito do quarto de frente pra rua, a noite muito barulho de moto devido a pizzaria. Travesseiros muito fininho e ar condicionado antigo e barulhento. O barato saiu caro. Gosto da rede do hotel, já fiquei no de Pirassununga e gostei muito. Deveria ter reservado um quarto melhor.

Não é uma crítica, é um ponto a ser resolvido pelo hotel! Os travesseiros precisam ser renovados, estão desconfortáveis e muito baixos! E é interessante colocar uma cortina na janela pois o sol da manhã nasce justamente na janela do quarto que reservamos!
